FOOD: It was so much fun walking around to all the different stalls. You can get virtually any kind of food you want and all of it is good. Some better than others, but that's what is so great. You will have different tastes than me and everyone will find something they want. Indian, Chinese, Pizza, Greek, Danish...just so many different types of food. We had the Nordic Hot Dog (so good and the fries were awesome, too), the raclette over waffle fries (love that cheese), Asian pork on a stick with rice (also delicious), and pizza. Oh and yummy ice cream afterward. SERVICE: Variety was great and service was quicker than a normal food truck. Portions were nice for the money and you can't beat the amount and types of food. I like that - because it really shows that less is more. They both taste amazing, and if you need some more heat, there are sauces on the side, that you can add. The van moves every day, so it's not sure that it's on Stefansgade. One taco is a small snack, and three (for 70 dkk) is a small meal on the run. I don't think that three can count as a dinner, you need something more.

They serve good tacos and the man cooking and serving it - he does know his stuff (I've watched him being "interviewed" by some Mexican customers at Torvehallen). I love all the tacos they serve but my favourite must be the spicy sausage one (more like falafel than sausages to me, but hey - I'll eat anything as long as it tastes good)- The vegetarian option is very good too, as a matter of fact, I love them and want them all. The chicken nuggets are battered with pesto and fried to crispy perfection. On the side is a truffle aioli (mayo) for dipping. Oh. My. Gosh. Incredible. The fries were thick and crispy and also went great with the truffle aioli. My family and I finished off the platters pretty quickly. So delicious. If you ever find yourself in Copenhagen, you need to hunt down this truck! Nom nom nom.

So I bought the mussels and the sweet lady gave me a little cook book with it! I decided to follow a recipe from the book /why not/, so I went to the supermarket next door to get all the ingredients. it was amazing! my family loved it. Of course we implemented a nice service with special china and candles :) All of the mussels opened up, which is a sign of good health and freshness. The be only suggestion I have for this place is that they should display the origin of the fish sold. I was a little bit skeptical about some of the fish and knowing more information would have been very helpful (and I may have bought even more!). So leave your suitcase in the cellar and visit one of their events instead! Owners of the food trucks are mostly representing their country or region and hell yea! They know what they are talking about! I learned so much! That's EXACTLY I expect from place like this. Their next event is 7-9 July at the Red square, so make sure you circle these dates on your calendar. I will be there (8,9 July) and I'm bringing my family. (Full disclosure: I don't really know what "organic hotdogs" means...) My friends and I got three to share: the original (klassisk dansk), red devil, and nordisk hotdog. They were all good, but I really enjoyed the red devil. Their pickled toppings were really good!! I would definitely recommend eating here. They're not that big though so I'd think of it more as a snack--go back inside Torvehallerne and get something extra from the other excellent good stalls if it's going to be your meal!

It's not a food truck, basically is a kiosk, small, does not have any tables but it's conveniently located within this plaza where other restaurants are located and there are tables with seats to sit there and eat. Price are like anything that's considered street food, not too bad, they do take credit cards and for all you Danish challenged people, the guy attending the places does speak English.
