The only critique would be there were no plates or cutlery to eat with. We really wanted to eat the pasta salad but had no way to.

We caught a parrot fish within the first 15 minutes, but were informed we couldn't keep it, so after a quick picture, we released it back into the ocean. So I gave them a call and I am so glad that the other place was booked up because this is by far the best charter I've ever been on. We snorkeled, had snacks, learned how to sail (a bit) and it was just amazing. My ten year old twins want me to book again tomorrow. Captain Scott and skipper Brody are outstanding. He would make kind "S" type curves keeping me on my toes. We followed in his wake so most of it was a really good ride. It took a bit of getting used to the ski since it was my first time but we quickly got the hang of it. Quickly I had us doing almost 40mph and enjoying the ride. Well worth it, do it!

We visited three spots, all brimming with yellowtail snapper, amberjack and trout, but the highlight of the day was when my ten year old hooked a hammerhead shark about half hour into the tour, quickly followed by my 17 year old snaring a sand shark. Captain Jack was patient, explaining his technique throughout the day while expertly guiding us through the waters off Vaca Cay in the Florida Keys. My 13 year old daughter was tentative at even taking the trip and now she has a fun album of memorable catches that she's excitingly sharing with friends and family. When we got back to shore Captain Jack deftly prepared our catch, about a dozen fish that we're seasoning for the grill now. Look no further, Captain Jack is where it's at!
