My son was recently wrecked his car. From the moment that Hook towing got involved they have been absolutely wonderful. They My son's hearing aid was lost during the crash and they were unbelievably helpful in trying to help find it. They searched the area, the car, even used a special camera to look inside of air vents to try to find it. One of the first things they wanted to know was if my son was ok. Reached out to these guys on last minute notice trying to get a golf cart picked up and moved and they were johnny on the spot. They had there guy Chris out to my location and golf cart loaded within 30 minutes of my call. We got it to my house got it off and back on our both of our ways. They charged 50% less than anyone else was charging it was about 30 miles round trip probably about an 1 hour 20 minutes of their time. Excellent Service. Kept their number saved and will be using these guys in the future. Highly recommend!!! read more

I can only say I am deeply grateful for the driver tonight who pulled over to help my son change his tire. This was by far the best experience I've had from any towing company ever. Jeff and his crew arrived several minutes after the initial call (very responsive) and were very professional in assisting me with changing a flat tire. Hooked towing is top notch and so great to work with. My truck wouldn't start and, due to a miscommunication between me and my apartment community, they had it towed off the premesis before I had a chance to get it running. To make things right, they agreed to pay to have it towed to a repair facility, but I needed to get the key over to Hooked. When I arrived, Jeff was very nice and asked just what was wrong with the truck. He offered to hook up a jump box to it to see if it would start and he noticed the battery cables were very loose so he tightened them. The truck started right up saving me what was sure to be a hefty bill from the repair shop. I hope I never need them in the future, but if I do ever need a tow, I'll be calling Hooked! read more

I had an accident on 485. My insurance company sent this company to tow my van. I did not see the theft but when I went to retrieve items out of my van at the assessment yard, (a different area), my rearview mirror was torn out of my van. Hanging on my mirror were campaign buttons for Pres. Obama. My buttons were all bent. My son's baseball cap was missing, along with a gas card, a rewards card. My cargo tray was missing out of the back. I could go on and on. At the assessment yard, there was a picture of how my van was received and it was in this condition. Again, I did not see the actual theft but the red and blue flag I noticed at Hooked makes me wonder. If I had not been on the highway, during rush hour, or having to find a ride home, I would have removed ALL my valuables before leaving my van. Lesson learned. After receiving a note from the owner, I will add what I told him: I will leave my vehicle on the the roadside before utilizing their service again!!! read more

I'm so grateful for these guys. I tried OnStar and AAA, neither could come to tow for 3 hours! I called this company and they were there in 30 minutes., they showed concern and kept in touch while I was stranded on the side of the road, in the rain and dark. EXCELLENT SERVICE. My car slid partially down an embankment. It was Sunday and in a remote area. Hooked Towing showed up in 30 mins. He looked at the car and told me that we really should use 2 wreckers so the rear end does not fishtail down the hill while he pulls it out. I agreed. Hooked called another truck, there was a bit of a wait, because the other truck was busy. When it arrived they pulled my vehicle up quickly. As for the cost, the 2 wreckers were the same price as another company quoted, as the minimum to send 1 wrecker. And at that, Hooked reduced the price, because of the wait for the second wrecker ( I paid the full price, because of the service) I hope I will not need a wrecker again, but would definitely use Hooked again. read more
