They happily retouched the photos I requested and even upgraded my photo package, which I really appreciated. Their willingness to make things right showed that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. While I'd rate the photos themselves around 4 stars, I'd give their customer service 4.5 to 5 stars. When we asked for a revision, they still included the 3% commission for the property (even though the seller had already agreed to pay it). We were even told it would be 'against the law' to tour without signing -- but the written-agreement rule doesn't dictate those terms; they're all negotiable. At this point, we walked away--the trust had been broken. Your agent should be a partner and not an adversary. Know your rights and read every line of the Agreement.
