Even if it's only a stop to inspect the men's room, I know I can count on KT to be clean and welcoming. Almost all Kwik Trip stores are laid out with a similar floor plan, there are a  few different floor plans depending on the footprint of the store and  when it was built. Some are mirror images of one another, which I refer  to as left hand stores and right hand stores, depending on which way you  turn to approach the cash registers. This is a left hand store. When you go into the store,  you'll get that feeling of Deja vu, which is exactly what the owners  want you to feel. This store is newer so it uses the newer floor plan. Karuba Coffee, Dunkers, doughnuts, and hot foods  are straight back. Rest rooms are on the far end, take a right at the  cooler. Lottery forms are back there, too, for processing at the  registers. The no-fee ATMs are to your right as you enter the store. Out on the gas island, you'll find Unleaded, Unleaded Plus, Unleaded Premium, E-85, and Diesel #2. The store and car wash is 24/7. Car Wash? Yes, it's across the street in a separate building. If you happen to drive an 18-wheeler, there is a separate truck fueling station. It's easy in and easy out with no silly roundabouts to come through. You'll find Diesel #2 and Premium Diesel. This is a nearly complete auto and truck plaza, the car wash is across the street. It's a complete convenience store with sandwiches, coffee and soft drinks and almost anything you could need in the coolers, freezers and food gondolas. Like all Kwik Trips, the bakery all comes from La Crosse and it's pretty good. It's everything you've come to expect in a Kwik Trip and a whole lot more.

The prices of bear, reasonable. Everything else, a little high, but not unexpected. There isn't much else in the area. The staff was friendly and the food smelled good. Only one complaint while there. We got a full wheel barrel of firewood, out friends got a half wheel barrel. We both got the same amount of wood. I don't know if we got short changed, or or friends got a bonus.

Stupidly we thought it wouldn't be a big deal and regretted it pretty much instantly. Another lady pulled in at a pump across us and decided not to get out and kept on driving by, which is absolutely the way to go. Our windshield got absolutely nasty with dead bugs and we were itching down the road for another half hour. Bonus, the store wasn't open so the bathrooms weren't accessible. At a mere 10pm! Anyways, it's probably fine in the daytime, although it's definitely not clean (see pics). I would recommend skipping at night if you can help it at all. There's a Kwik-Trip about 10min away that's clean, well-lit, AND has working and positively pristine (by comparison) bathrooms. Positives: pump we used was working, haven't noticed any card fraud since using our card here.

We went to rent three WaveRunners with our group of friends. Outside, they had new WaveRunners…read moreavailable, but they gave us the older ones. When I asked why, they gave a ridiculous excuse, saying they couldn't give us the new ones because we were a group, and they would only give them to solo riders. Despite the illogical reasoning, we took the older ones without causing any issues and started riding. Ten minutes before the end, I was swapping the passenger behind me with another friend. Both of us stopped, and there was a distance of about 4 meters between us. The friend behind me jumped into the water and went to the other WaveRunner. Just at that moment, one of the employees was coming towards me at high speed. Unable to control his speed, he tried to veer to the right to avoid hitting me head-on but ended up colliding with me. The 16-year-old employee said we needed to return to the shore, so we did. He told everyone that I had hit him, even though myself and two friends witnessed the incident. I explained the situation, and two female managers came. Surprisingly, both of them accused me, as if they had witnessed the whole thing. Their only argument was that we shouldn't have been that close. I understood that point, but their employee shouldn't have approached me with such speed and shouldn't have hit me. Despite my efforts to explain, they blamed me unjustly. Then, another employee on the shore, who was more than 200 meters away from the incident, claimed to have seen me hitting the employee. This was an obvious lie and deception. Later, the girl at the reception inside the establishment claimed that I had asked her a question: "What happens in case of an accident?" I asked her to show the footage because I knew I hadn't asked her anything like that, but she said she didn't have the authority to access the cameras. When I got home, I saw that they had charged $1030 to my credit card. This is a robbery, a lie, and a slander. I strongly advise staying away from this place. I will do everything I can to get my money back. The document I signed does mention that I will be liable for any damages to the WaveRunner I rented, but there is no clause stating that their employee can come so close and even collide with me, and I have to pay for their expenses.

We may try them again as their facility and boats appeared to be in decent condition, but as others reviews state, they are poorly managed, and don't always provide good customer service. One star.
