I'm not usually a big fan of hookah places, but Hookita is AMAZING!!! My friend convinced me to go because she knew I'd love the ambiance, and she wasn't wrong! As soon as you walk through the door Feras makes you feel super welcomed, during our night there the service was great, the girls are really attentive and always keep coals in check for you, and they have great taste in wine ;) Honestly, I was a bit nervous at first because we were the only ones dressed in our costumes for their Halloween Party,but Feras really makes it feel like a home away from home, he even found a mask and joined us wearing a costume!! One of the best hookah place in Miami. I have been to many hooks lounges in Miami and this is the one that I regularly goes to. Staff are professional and do their best to accommodate you and your friends. They have very clean hookah and cleaned regularly (no taste of different flavors). prices are reasonable and place are quit, clean, and classy. the owner is always there to listen to any concerns you may have and take any comments seriously and try to fix it immediately. They were kind enough to change the music to my preference. look for their special events they have more often. keep up the good work guys. read more

Coming from someone who works in Customer Service- I can confidently say that Customer service here is top notch! If I could rate this place ten stars I would.. @ this point I'm friends with the staff. They are the sweetest and most attentive hosts. I really appreciate that this cozy and intimate hookah lounge doesn't pump the music so loud.. I actually come and study here at least three times a week. Where should I begin. The owner Firas is one the most friendliest, down to earth , and funniest human being. I'm here on a vacation so I had to check out this place since everyone had a positive experience. As soon as my sister and I walked in ; the owner greeted us by the door and walked us to the seat. The waitresses are nice, but the rest is a horror, the worst hookah in my life, a cheese burger frozen and tiny at $ 6, horrible, I would not recommend this lounge, it's a shame, result $ 27 for a shisha/sprite/one cheese frozen. read more

Feras has a great spot here, this guy is welcoming and humble. This spot is low key if you're looking to hang out. The service although delayed is well worth it. He is very personable and an amazing host. I was here at about 12am and he the owner was still her to take care of us as our personal server. Everything was great and he was amazing to us. The staff is courteous, and the owner is beyond great! Hookita Lounge is what every hookah lounge should model themselves after. The place is not overly dark and the music is set at a perfect volume (so I can actually socialize with my friends). Most importantly, it is also a welcoming place for non-smokers. I have been here. Took a long time to actually open but it was because of the care they took in designing this gem. Free ample parking, plenty of comfortable seats, free wifi and the owner is world class. Caters to your every need. The Hookahs are available in any hose configuration you choose. Tons of options. Very clean and the air is always clean. No clouds of smoke. The air filtration system is amazing. I noticed it because I was intending to open a cigar lounge in the past and had to learn about these. Super affordable pricing and as a side benefit they have excellent coffee (pour over, French press and espresso). I highly recommend this place. Will update this post with pictures later. read more

Amazing service and amazing prices. The people who attend to your needs are extremely sweet and will do anything to make sure your visit is pleasant. I celebrated my birthday here once and at midnight they sang me happy birthday while crowning me Queen and giving me a robe AND they put a candle on a cookie for me. This place is great to hang out and chill. I highly recommend this lounge. The hookah prices are affordable and personally my favorite flavor is the strawberries and cream. This hookah lounge is the best in South Florida!! Feras, the owner, is one of the greatest people I've ever come across. He's so humble and genuine. He truly cares about his customers and giving them the best experience. He's all about hospitality. He makes you feel like you're at home. Worst place ever they want to control how many hookahs you can have and if you want less than one hookah for every 3 ppl they will not sell it to you. I am a consumer, I do not like to be told what I can do or can't do with the hookah I purchased. Definitely will not come here again. read more
