So Waldorf is near my hometown, happy for me I just happened to be home for the week, so time to venture on out. First things first, the address alludes to the fact that it is located someplace else, I mean I went the wrong way initially. Breezy'z is located in the St. Charles Towne Plaza which is the Plaza across from the mall. It is towards the back of the plaza, I can't say it is that easy to spot, the signage is a fair size. Now the boutique....chilllle. I love it! A quaint space that is so inviting with beautiful colors, and chill music. I liked the clothing selections, and they happened to carry one of my favorite boutique brands. The price point was resonable. My only gripe was that there weren't too many of my size. My hips don't lie, and unfortunately most of the larger sizes were already gone. D'oh! The good thing is that you can order from the website. Take advantage folks! The staff are cool and helpful when needed. Whenever I'm home, I'll stop on by.

It had surprised me when the hours of the store were 1 - 7 pm Tuesday through Saturday. I felt these hours were so limiting for typical retail traffic. My friend and I came from a nearby county and drove 45 minutes to visit the store. We got there at 1:55pm and the store was closed. We saw they have now changed their hours to 2-7 pm. The day was a Friday and we waited until 2:15 and no one ever showed up. We left very disappointed. There was no sign on the door that they were going to be closed on this Friday. It was not a holiday. As responsible business owners they should have had a sign if they were not going to open on a normal work day. They had a little sign with the clock saying they will be back at 2:00.

Poor selections, everything always seems to be underwhelming. I donate my entire families items it's odd that I never see anything similar to the level of what we've donated. So over the last year, I have been decluttering, downsizing and getting rid of items I no longer need. I love shopping the thrift stores for special items or things I can use. So it makes perfectly good sense for me to donate my gently-used items to Goodwill. This Goodwill has a Donation Center where you can drop off items. If you are so inclined, they will also provide a receipt for your taxes. I call that winning. . . and my house told me thank you.

At first glance, I was ready to spin on my heels and head for the door. The fashion wasn't my "speed" (style), but I wanted to do a quick spin around the store to see what's up. It's definitely a place I'll check out again, especially when I want to stock up on gift sets, socks, toiletry items, and quirky sunglasses at affordable prices -- like Bed Bath and Beyond, only wayyy cheaper. Lots of Betsey Johnson (my all-time favorite fashion designer!), Juicy Couture, Steve Madden, cute luggage sets, and other hidden gems. I even saw some nice Members Only jackets (apparently, that's a thing again...) in the men's section. I swear whoever the owner is must have went out and found the grumpiest people and put them to work at Citi Trends. If they even greet me when I walk in, it's usually in monotone. Anyone who has been here could tell you that all the staff is rude especially the old woman. And the last time I was there (which I haven't been back since) I had a terrible experience. To start, I know the 2 salty employees there recognized me because I always stop in to see what they have and I always buy a bunch of stuff. I had about 3pcs of clothing that I wanted to try on and asked to go in a fitting room. They JUST let my friend go in one. So she tells me no because the fitting room is closed. The time was 8:44 and they close at 9? I told her I just want to try these on so I can decide if I want to buy them or not. It would take me 2 min at the most to try 3 pcs on. She refused. So naturally when my friend got out of the fitting room I went in to try on my clothes. You would think I was in there tearing the place apart by the way they reacted. Shouting from outside of the door that I get out of the fitting room because they are closing. My friend had to remind them of the time and tell them to chill out. I realize that you close at 9. But the time is 8:45. Calm down. I tried on my stuff and obviously by the way I was treated i wasn't going to spend my money but either way I was out by 8:50. I won't be returning.

This location is heavily used. It is jam packed with items that we all come to expect from a TJ Maxx. I immediately went to the home goods section as I was looking for some gadgets and storage. I need to up my game when it comes to prepping and cooking. I went through everything they had to offer. I was half tempted to buy several items, but I brough myself back to my senses because I knew now was not the time to do so. Although, I'm kicking myself over this, because I doubt I will what I saw at the same price any time soon. I mulled over a few items, picked them up and walked around with them. I eventually talked myself out of the items. I will be back here at some point, I know I will end up with those items.
