Within 5 minutes he had the truck loaded and ready. He showed up at my home like 3 minutes after I got there and asked me where I wanted it unloaded. He promptly unloaded the truck putting it exactly where I wanted it. I was impressed by his professionalism and his ability to be personable at the same time. Tommy made things simple and easy. In and out in no time. His charge for this service was more than reasonable and my being on a fixed income I don't have a lot of money to spend on expensive services. His prices are reasonable and affordable. I could not have picked a better business than Hooks Towing and Recovery. He did spot another vehicle in my yard and asked me what I was going to do with it and let me know how he buys vehicles and scraps them. We talked and he made me an offer and I asked if I could think about it and he said no worries. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with the vehicle yet after my experience with him I've decided to sell it to Tommy. Today, May 1st, 2023 at 10:00AM I sold my 2003 Buick Century to this company. Andrew called me at 7:36AM and gave me ATA 10:00AM. He called me second time at 9:44AM to let me know he is on way, and will be in front of my house in 10 min. He arrived exactly on time-9:52AM. By 10:00 I was paid, and the Buick left my property.
