He was kind, professional, and very communicative throughout the entire process. When he arrived (right on time), the weather suddenly turned -- it started pouring rain just as he got the van loaded. Knowing how much the van meant to us, Jose took it upon himself to pull over under an overpass to let the heavy rain pass before continuing. One of the van's windows doesn't roll up all the way, and he made sure no water got inside. That extra care and attention meant so much. With pull towing, it would not exceed 2 hours. However, they ultimately charged me double the agreed-upon price because their driver insisted on lifting, and they didn't inform me. August 2024 they sent 2 semi trucks to pick up my toyhauler just below Black Cyn City. I had hit the rail with the toyhauler and blew out both tires/bent the front axle. Driver 1 wrongly took off good back axle, took off a tire and put it on the bad axle. It really got worse from there. O Stars
