We are in town for the day, I was sitting in the bank parking lot across from Hooligans and noticed it was busy. If a place is busy most the time you can guarantee it's a good spot. Well this place has great coffee. My husband loves asking what is recommended, he got a blended drink with chocolate covered coffee beans blended through it. It was excellent. My drink was also very good, I got a white chocolate hazelnut latte. Great stop! Good service and friendly! And good price! read more

Welp, time for an update. Service was absolutely terrible. Was in town for 3.5 days and went to Holligans 3x. The last 2 times the service was terrible. On the 2nd day, they took my order. Disappeared for 2 mins and a different barista came back asking what I ordered. Our stamp card was filled and I gave it to her stating I wanted to use it when she asked for payment. "Use it as in redeemed for the free drink?" Yes. "Like today?" Obviously, yes??? -_- On the last day, Monday morning (June 5th), we waited over 20 mins in line. 4+ cars waiting at each window. When we got closer to the window, I noticed only 2 girls were working. 1 girl walked out when we got to the front. The barista took our order stated it's going to be $11 and slammed the window. Wow, okay. 4 minutes later, asked for $11. I gave her my card. She ran it and stated it was denied and threw it at me. Wtf. I asked for my husbands card and as I turned to give her the card she slammed the window again. 2 minutes later she came back and I gave her the card. She ran it and gave us the drinks. As she started to slam the window, yet again, I asked for the receipt and she sighed heavily and rolled her eyes. Omg, sorry for asking you to do your job! I have always gotten the receipt when paying with credit card - especially when I haven't signed anything either! She also didn't give us our gummies that usually came with the Redbull infused drinks. Hooligans closes at 2 so I can understand the frustration of wanting to leave. (We didn't get our drinks until 1:54) But if you're this busy and understaffed, don't take it out on the customers. And ask for help. The other girl that left, came back - only went to go get her cell phone and car keys. Good job. I can understand why it was slow today. read more

Some of the best coffee I've had in a while. Quick service, you definitely get your moneys worth with this place.

I came here one morning while passing through on I-80. It was fast and standard price with a double drive thru windows ... always ideal because the wait is shorter (well, in theory). I had the white mocha, and to be honest I'm not sure if they forgot to put the espresso in, but it wasn't at all the flavor of espresso. All I tasted as milk and white chocolate. When I lifted the lid, it was almost the slightest off white. So yea I'm not sure what happened there. read more

Double drive through line with only two cars ahead of me but still took 20 min to get to the window to even order coffee. It was obvious the three ladies working were more focused on their morning gossip conversation than on serving customers in a timely manner. Several cars ended up just leaving. read more

I noticed from some previous one star reviews that the issue was the service given, but I simply cannot agree. The lovely lady who took my order was extremely kind and was very thorough with the ordering process. When the time came that my drink was given to me, I was delighted to find a chocolate covered espresso bean paired with my coffee. In terms of the menu, I was a little sad to not see oatmilk as an alternative milk, but it's not the end of the world. I'm usually not a fan of almond milk, but the latte I got with almond milk was still amazing! This was my first, and unfortunately last time visiting Hooligan's espresso since I was just passing through Wyoming. If you ever get the chance to find yourself at this establishment, definitely take it! read more

I have been a fan and loyal customer of Hooligan's for the past 10 years, so I am pretty disappointed to be writing this review! Over the past 2 years the service and overall attitude have REALLY gone downhill. The smiles at the window are few and far between now, and the feeling of rushed inconvenience is more prevalent. The coffee has always been decent, if you can get past the gatekeepers! I sure hope the owner can turn the wayward staff around, being a service based business it's pretty important that people ENJOY their interaction there. read more

Coffee is decent, however, one of the baristas working was EXTREMELY rude. I asked if she could throw away a cup for me, which she said she could not, due to health code restrictions. Fair enough. I proceeded to pull behind the coffee shop to discard the single small empty plastic cup into the dumpster and one of the girls came RUNNING out to LOCK up the dumpster and yelled "this isn't a public trash can!" I am appalled. I have never been yelled at for NOT littering. I understand these girls live in Wyoming, but maybe find something of a little more importance to get fired up about. Man. The coffee is good but there can be literally two people in line and you are guaranteed to wait at least 30 minutes. Don't make this your pre work coffee spot unless you want to leave your house an hour early or your boss doesn't care if you're late. read more

We stopped off in Rock Springs for lunch & decided to grab coffee at Hooligans on our way out of town. The coffee was excellent! I had iced coffee - SO good, my husband (self acknowledged coffee snob) had hot coffee & loved it, and our son had a yummy strawberry smoothie. Service was quick & friendly! I've been here twice, once early August 2017; and once more today Sept 5th 2017. Both times that I stopped by I was served by a very nice woman (blonde, blue eyes, nice ring) hah. Idk what they use for their espresso blend (love to know) but the shots I had while there were creamy and full bodied; not too hot, not too cold, more than satisfactory extraction. I've seen some reviews about a rude girl that works there... is it bad that the two times I've been there; it wasn't hard for me to spot her? I personally haven't had a bad experience here, we're 2for2!! I live in San Diego and there, Yelp makes or breaks businesses. Hooligans is a great place! I am from out town and stop by here regularly and get the same drink! After my stop this morning, my drink did not taste like it usually does I asked to get the drinks remade. I was told they could remake them but ONLY if I paid again! I was told that's how they always make that drink so if I wanted it remade I would have to pay. After tasting this drink multiple times before I'm sure I would know if it tasted different. This is terrible customer service, even if it was how you normally make them you could offer to make the drink again free of charge in order to keep your costumers happy. read more

I stop at Hooligan's fairly often, especially in the summer for a Kinky Karter! They are often busy, but on the ball and the wait is never long. A great place to start is the monthly special list for flavor ideas if you don't have a favorite already in mind. A lot of the drinks taste the same to me, but since they are yummy to start with that's alright. Keep up the good work ladies, and see you soon. read more

I've been going to Hooligans since they opened. I love their coffees to be perfectly honest and I no one or two of the girls and they'll even give me some new coffee recipes to try and they're usually spot-on with what I've drunk before. But lately I'm getting disappointed they made a mistake on a coffee thought I ordered two coffees punched my card for two actually took my card back and took one of the punches off, if you're going to make a mistake like that why can't I just have the extra punch. And what's the big deal with not combining cards? Sometimes you have a card at home, sometimes you have a card in your car why can't we combine cards everybody else does I think it's total BS I've been there a couple of times where they've actually forgot to put the coffee in my coffee drink and I've had to drive back and get it fixed. I've left out of there with not a hot coffee but a lukewarm coffee. And then for this review that broke the camel's back, my husband ordered, with me on the phone and listening, a 24-ounce sugar-free fat-free candied latte he comes home with the 20 ounce now what do I do so I called down there and now I need to have a receipt and prove it and then they'll take off the difference between the drinks for my next order. No thanks Hooligans you can keep your $0.50 cents or so and I hope the owner Is reading this review. And will maybe do something about all of this. Thank you. read more
