The problem upon building the shower the first time it was correct. Although it took 9 months for the landlord to approve it they replaced everything correctly and new. I called evco plumbing this morning about a plumbing issue and the call was answered, "Don't…read moref***ing call me ever again. I done told you to stop calling me to try to sell me something," and they hung up. This was the first time I had called. I called back a few minutes later and Eddie answered with a "Hello." I inquired about whether this was a business, since the first call was answered rudely and the second call wasn't answered by stating their business name. He said it was. I asked about coming out for plumbing and he said that with all the recent rain, everyone was flooding and it would be awhile. This "gentleman" apparently doesn't want to do business, which is fine because we certainly aren't giving him any.

Come to find out, the previous plumbing was done completely wrong and we weren't able to reattach the pipes. Long story short, what I thought would be an easy task turned out to be a project that was quoted to be thousands more dollars than expected. I was, to put it plainly, so annoyed! Well here comes Tank! Within just a few days, he was able to fit me in. He quoted us the entire project for a FRACTION of the other guy's price and got it done that same day! As luck would have it, we also realized that morning that a water hose pipe had burst from the cold winter and he was able to repair that as well!
