I've been living in El Paso now for the past 9 years. Originally stationed at Ft. Bliss back in 2008, I decided to stick around. I've been to this Hooters several times and not once have I ever been disappointed. Every meal I've ordered, whether appetizers, salads or wings, it's always been excellent. I didn't have any food so this review is based on service. I was with a group of 5 and everyone ordered wings except me, I ordered a bloody mary. The waitress brought everyone's drinks but mine (understandable since it's coming from the bar.) She assured me it was to be right out. She then proceeded to bring out the food. "Excuse me ma'am I still don't have my drink" she nods and rushes off presumably to go get it. About 10 minutes later she asks how everyone's food is, (without my drink)...well I asked her for it and she takes another 5 minutes to go get it. By the time she physically brings the drink to me everyone at the table is done with their food. No apologies were given, I might ve given her the benefit of the doubt if I hadn't seen her texting and laughing with her coworkers. An apology can go a long way, airhead! read more

WORST HOOTERS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I use to be a former employee at the location in abq and I love hooters! The waitress we had here was rude! She got my ticket wrong gave us attitude, took her 10-15 mins to even get our drinks the host had to get our drinks! NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN! If I could half a star I would! Hooter's attracts a certain type of customer that by nature are mostly males but that also disregard food taste and quality over waitress attire and pints of beer. Even when i was younger i didn't find this place attractive and that solely based on the food. The wings are not that great and only provide something extremely salty to accompany your beer. Everything in the menu is basically fried which only really leaves you with choosing what kind of marinade you want to try. The service is a little pushy sometimes in terms of ordering more drinks. On a particular visit i remember ordering water to drink since it was early in the day and the service completely changed for my table. This is definitely a sports bar where you can watch the game and drink and be loud. The new remodel has really changed the feel of the restaurant but thats about the only thing that changed. Overall it is a very salty experience that you should only enjoy when you're looking to get drunk to yell at your team lose in the finals. read more

So, it has been awhile since I've been to this location. In fact, my last visit was to a much smaller building with much less seating and a different look...it looks great now. Hooters always has a large audience so the extra seating is fitting. The wings have gotten bigger which I respect but it still has the same taste. I shouldn't expect anything crazy different from such a safe wing location. You always get a safe meal when you visit and it will fill you up. Been to a couple hooters from California to Arizona and absolutely love this one!! Servers are great but NOBODY compares to Lulu!!! Very attentive and ask for her every chance we get, our kids love the place and food we love the atmosphere, for sure one of our go to spots! read more

First time in El Paso and wanted to watch the NBA playoffs so I checked out Yelp. Despite Luke warm reviews I knew what I could reasonably expect. They were quite customer focused. They changed my TV to the game quickly, the food arrived on time and hot and the wait staff was attentive. Could not ask for much more other than the music, although good, was playing way too loud for my taste. I would have no problem recommending this location based on my one experience. read more

The reason for the 3 stars is because of this. First of you need to catch them when the good cooks are there. Sometimes I get old wings or wings with not much sauce. So its up and down. The new Smoked wings are fantastic. BUT....i am very tired of the waitresses stealing my change. Last time bill was $12.25...gave a $20 bill...my change was $7.00 not the correct amount of $7.75. The amount of money is not the point it is the PRINCIPLE of their actions. I was going to leave a $3.00 tip if she brought me my change or gave me $8.00 back. I had been here before and had been better impressed We came in on a Thursday. The added space seems to have been to much for the kitchen. The fried mushrooms took forever and were lukewarm. The nachos tasted stale. The hot wings were good but were not well dressed, they seem as if sauce was just poured over wings and they were not mixed. The garlic wings were good. Never again!!!!! The wings and curly fries were horrible/inedible!!!! Today, I placed an order to go and when I got home (10 minutes away), the bottom of the wing carton was covered with grease. I literally had to squeeze the grease out of them. The wings were unseasoned, and tasted like old and burned cooking oil. One was fried so hard that the bone was brittle and broke in two. The fries tasted like leftover fries, rather dry and hard and were cold. I had an appointment, so did not have time to return them. Disappointed that Hooters has lowered their standards. Wasted time and $12.75, so made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, which at least tasted as good as pb/jelly can. read more

Not the same Hooters of old. I have been a Hooters fan since I can remember. They have remodeled which is GREAT, but this last visit makes 2x my wings have been served cold. We informed the Hooters girls that are wings were cold and before we could finish our sentence she hinted that she had already expected they were cold. Replacement order was just as cd as the first. Took the family here last night because we just wanted to go somewhere close to where we live for a quick dinner. We normally like coming here because the food is good and service is usually pretty good. Last night the good was decent and service sucked. Our server, andrea, must have been having a crappy day. First, we ordered an appetizer and it never came to the table. Secondly I built my own burger and they forgot the sauce and bacon on my burger and the bacon on my daughter's burger. My wife asked for extra tartar sauce for her fish n chips and server brought us an order of curly fries, which we never asked for. Our server double charged me for my son's meal because I had to send it back. The manager came over and was very nice and gave us half off the food portion of our bill. Hopefully the next visit will be a little better. Needless to say our server didn't receive a tip which is the 1st time I've never left a tip for a server. read more

Second time here, took me about 2 years from the last time to return. The last time I was here I wasn't impressed with their customer service. The food is decent. I did enjoy the chilli cheese fries, probably some of the best I've had. The wings were good not great, definitely more meat on the bone than Wing Stop but not as tasty as Wing Daddys. However, the service is subpar to say the least. Our server didn't look like she was in a good mood. I'm not expecting cartwheels but, there was no smile, no eye contact, when I asked about beers on tap she referred me to the menu. Maybe they don't need to know all the beers on tap but if I specifically ask for what brand of IPA, you would think she'd know? She took a while to get my beer and after 5 minutes I saw her walk by and I stopped her and asked about my beer, she said they had to change the taps. If I didn't stop her, I think I'd still be waiting for my beer or at least an explanation for the delay. She never offers another type of beer, she just said it will be out soon. After another 5 minutes, I again stopped her and asked for a different type of beer, after another few minutes she came to me with the original beer brand I had ordered lol it took about 15 minutes or more to get a beer, at Hooters, no smile, no personality, here you go late beer lol! Oh by the way, did I mention my son's main course was late as well. We all began eating, I actually finished my chilli cheese fries when his order of kids menu chicken strips arrived minus the side of ranch which is supposed to come with the plate. I'm not going to beat a dead horse....I agree with all the reviews above mine. I went in with my wife and three kids....I was seated in five minutes, then had to sit for an hour and 45 minutes for my main meal. I ended up boxing it up and taking it home because my kids were tired of sitting there. My waitress barely came around and when she did, it was to see if "everything is OK". How about I would like to order my main meal?! I have been to hooters all throughout the US, even in the Virgin Islands. This was the worst Hooters ever!! read more

Celebrating my birthday with the family, ordered wings on the all you can eat special, it took 35+minutes to get the order out, then waitress say she'll put a refill on wings so we get them sooner, well.35 plus minutes later, the wing orders had a glaze of hot sauce on them not dipped at all, to top it off, the waitress came back 25 minutes later for drink refills only, never offered to get another order of wings, she left and never came back, till check out time. So needless to say their service sucked, the wings are full of BATTER to look BIG, but they are NOT! The sliders were just slapped together, no dressing or condiments on sliders. Service here is almost non existant, you are better off going to Track One, Wing Daddy's, The Brew, Ale House, or Wing Stop. Having ordered the all you can eat wing special, you'd think that they'd be prepared to make wings, but no 45 min. waiting for wings after sending for the second batch is unacceptable. The servers aren't even typical Hooters girl pretty. Nothing but loud annoying service that lingers at a table cause it's full of guys that aren't gonna tip anyways. Really bad service, went for lunch waited 45 minutes for our food , which was still not done after we complained to management. The manager wasn't much help! Been out of town for a while. Wife wanted to take the grandkids to eat wings and have a couple of beers. Ordered the 2o boneless wings. when the order came they looked like popcorn chicken. My wife looked at me and said what the hell is this? what did you order? I said dam I remember now why I hated coming here. Well I asked the waitress these are the boneless chicken wings? She said yes we have a new vendor.
