This was our first time visiting Shack on Eastlake, and let me just say--it definitely will not be our last! From the moment we arrived, the service was unbelievably good. The manager, Ruben, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to anything we needed. It's rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest has a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything exceeded our expectations. I truly can't say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere, the food, and especially the customer service were outstanding. A special thank you to our server, Nevaeh, who was amazing. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel right at home throughout our visit. I was there yesterday and was charged 2s totally different amounts. I checked my bank account and when I noticed it I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager they could see that I was charged 2s but the only excuse was that the money would go back to my account once one of the transactions was cleared and for me to wait 2-3 business days for it to clear. Very disappointing and unacceptable in my opinion. So people if you do pay with a debit card or credit card make sure you check your accounts because they be over charging you. From now on going to start paying with cash!!! And I'm still waiting for my money to be credited back to my account smh. read more

The only good thing about this place are the drink options. The food is bar food. Frozen and then cooked. Not good at all and it's high priced. Been here only a few times because the service also is weak. They have plenty of workers but they just have the training or manners at that. You walk in and no one welcomes you. But they will have 3-4 girls standing in the front. It's a joke if you ask me. read more

On a dead night a small group of friends and I decided to eat here. We did have a bit of urgency but figured its dead cant take that long. Boy was I wrong. Took the server forever to get us drinks- my food came out burnt the first time and well done when I ordered a medium the second. It took almost an hour just to get our food. Manager recognized this and told me my food would be comped. Well nope was still charged on top of that i believe they added extra tip for our table because what we ordered and the bill didn't match. The food that we did receive (wings) was great. The burger and tacos we ordered finally showed once the other 6 people had finished dinner. First time eating here. Our table ordered fried pickles which were pretty good and a good amount. The batter is actually has a little kick to it but stays on the pickle and not soggy. For food I ordered traditional wings with 2 sauces-lemon pepper and Korean BBQ, nothing wow about it, literally tastes like regular sweet bbq sauce. I have been to the shack a few times and every single time it is an incredible experience. The service is usually always super nice and easy with waitresses that are very well-versed in the menu or at least who know how to sell it. The inside is super nice with a wraparound bar and plenty of TV to go around and high top tables perfect for groups of friends to go. The outside area is a gym piece as well with plenty of open space, shade, and cornhole to go around. This time I got the lunch special just regular hamburger and french fries. The hamburger was really nice and juicy and well flavored with great ingredients and seasoned meat. The star of the show however is definitely their fries which in my opinion is what brought them from a 4.2 to a 5. Their fries are literally the most addicting things I have ever eaten with or without sauce to go with it. I asked two waitresses if they were actually air fried because they were so light and crispy but both said that they deep fry. I don't know what type of voodoo magic they put on it but it is incredible. Even if you have to order just a side of fries, do it. You will thank me later. The wings were tasty with so much variety of flavors available, it was hard to choose! I had the buffalo hot with just enough spice to make it interesting. They have traditional, breaded, and boneless wings for everyone's preference. I tested the lemon pepper and the spicy lemon pepper, both were wonderful. Someone had the nachos and they looked fabulous! The mushroom appetizer was to die for!! The French fires were hot and crunchy and the service was good. The atmosphere was friendly. We sat out on the patio, and even though it was 100 degrees outside, the misters made it very pleasant. They still only have 50% of the tables filled due to COvid-19 restrictions. Masks were encouraged but not mandatory. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because my wings came out cold and I had to send them back. They have some overhead heaters, but they should install some more heating lamps; like the kind you can move. Our group was freeeezing!! I had picked up food for delivery on other occasions but had never eaten there myself. I decided lunchtime would be perfect since it's a commutable distance from my work. I decided on the Buffalo chicken salad. First I want to highlight the portion. It was incredibly filling and huge. They give you two big chicken breasts. If I wanna get nitpicky I'd say the sauce that coats said breast is a bit salty but the juiciness is on point. The ranch is really good too.
