This Hooters is the worst I have ever been to. Waited 20 full minutes after being seated and never had a server stop at my table. No beer, no food, I left. Never going back. This place is terrible! My daughter is a Hooters girl in San Diego and I can tell you Odessa store is WAY below Hooters standards. Saw waitress ONCE in 30 minutes, not even on a busy day! Food never came. Asked manager, who stated it was being plated. Still didnt come 10 minutes later. We got up and left. STILL....never seeing our waitress. I've enjoyed Hooters in Atlanta, AZ and Las Vegas. However, the Odessa location is the first one to completely mess up my order and the wings were not up to the same standard as the other Hooters restaurants. I ordered lemon pepper wings and there was barely any seasoning on them. They completely forgot my salad and dessert. The food was just bland. read more

Friendly bartenders that make ya feel welcome instead of the "give me your money" attitude that you see every where else in town.

None of the girls had personality, the food was bland and the margarita looked like orange juice. Will not be coming back.

We chose Hooters for their wings and needed a quick sit down lunch. Unfortunately Service was poor, food took too long and overall was an unpleasant expierence. I will say that our waitress looked like she might be new but that is no reason to wait 10 minutes before taking our drink order then a other ten minutes to deliver the water and ice tea. The samples platter requested was to have all Hot buffalo sauce and the shrimp were plain, and the wings were lightly seasoned but cold. Even though the manager on duty stopped by and asked if we were ok. We addressed our situation, he did offer to make a new batch but like i said we needed a quick lunch. what we though would be less than an hour lunch turned out to be about an hour and half overall. Our expierence from other Hooters locations have been more pleasant and better expierence. She also took along time to check us out and came twice to verify which debit card was ours. let's hope our next visit turns out to be a better one. read more

After reading the negative reviews and almost not coming, I wanted to offer my experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, the manager was on the ball, and the food came out fast and hot. I planned on watching until halftime but stayed to watch the whole thing. read more

I've had time to think about my experience from last night and it's still bad. My friend really wanted their wings so we rounded up some friends (six people total), despite a co-worker telling us of his bad experience at this exact hooters. Our first waitress kept touching her throat and couldn't speak loudly. (Even though she spent a lot of time talking at the table of two men next to us) I ordered a taco salad with no pico and chicken instead of chili. When our food finally arrived, I told the waitress I asked for no pico. She said, "I told him no pico." I said, "I see onions." She then proceeded to tell me there were no onions in my salad. I told her, "I see onions. Onions are in pico." She took the plate back to the kitchen, a different waitress brought it back, said there were no onions then left. My friend moved the guacamole to the side and lo and behold, onions! They gave me the same plate. I took the plate up to the same waitress and told her there were still onions and it'd be great if I could have a brand new salad with no pico, which means no onions. The only good thing came from when we got a new waitress. Nicki brought out a new salad, asked me to check it out and see if there were no onions, and then continued to check on us. Oh, yeah. My other friend ordered the bbq southwest burger and it came with no bbq sauce. read more

Showed 4 forms of identification including my certified birth certificate, my native American tribal identification card showing date of birth, 1 non state issued photo ID with name shown and a digital copy of my valid state issued drivers license since my actual card was recently lost and was denied an adult beverage because the management was ignorant of TABC and state law and blamed them instead of just saying it was a "company policy" and taking using the usual company excuse. FIRST YELP - Too bad ZERO stars isn't an option. I've worked in sales for a looong time and am accustomed to restaurant staff understanding the 101 of the service industry...so we begin. It was an unfortunate inconvenience being ignored by bar staff - especially in front of the high traffic cash register... it was more unfortunate that bartender took 15 minutes to make drinks for my small party while gossiping to each other.....I could shrug off a bartender that didn't know how to print an itemized receipt for she might have been new... BUT the kicker was the manager couldn't figure it out either! Monty Python would have truly had a worthy adversary. This is my first yelp, but I this was truly a Mickey mouse show. Literally the worst Hooters I've ever been to. The service was "OK" but the food was horrible. Not even close to their franchise standard. Appetizer was rushed and not cooked thoroughly, and the wings were soggy and resembled the oven baked, frozen junk you get at the grocery store. I hate to say it, but even the beer was not up to par. The food is always good, but the exact opposite for service. Our waitress just told us she's sick. Also said that she's been here four weeks this Tuesday and has never heard of the chicken dip appetizer so we had to show her. Do they not have to read the menus before working here? The worst service ever. After sitting for close to an hour after our waitress came up and asked if the manager came to talk to us. Apparently he was supposed to come talk to us about the kitchen loosing our ticket. At that point we decided that we didn't want to wait any longer and ask for our ticket.
