In less than a year I notice the seal on the outside of window was coming loose. It's now over a year I call the company & send pics complaining about the issue & they want me to pay $100 for them to come out to fix something that they didn't do right the first time. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company, because they don't stand behind their work. There's no way a window should start falling apart in less than a year.

I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

That level of customer service really stood out. They replaced three original basement windows, installed four custom polycarbonate window well covers, cleaned the wells, added fresh gravel, checked the drains, and resealed the existing galvanized wells. What I appreciated most was their honesty. Instead of trying to sell me new window wells, they recommended keeping my existing ones since they were still in good shape, especially with future basement renovation plans.
