This isn't the first time I've felt the treatment was rushed or incomplete. Because my landlord has been paying for quarterly treatments, I was expecting better. Now heading into the second year, there's no comparison to the first time they ever came. It's almost as if they did a good job initially to set an expectation they never intended to maintain. I called the office and was put in touch with the sales rep Chris, he made all kinds of excuses and eventually stated I need a heat treatment which they don't do. I tried afterwards to contact such person but would neither accept nor return calls. Months later I saw an add which stated they do chemical with heat treatments. I called and asked Eric why they didn't do that and why they didn't honour their warranty. They wanted to send a crew out to assess and at the same time quoted me $1,500 for a job that was not assessed. He later told me there would be a charge for the assessment, the web site states Free Estimates. Asked for what type of guarantee they can give since they didn't honour the last warranty. I got bounced back and forth to a person that didn't do residential, Keith. I called back, told them I was tired of their BS and will see them in court. There is much more to the story, but avoid them at all costs and spread the word to all of your friends. I later found out they charged me at least 40% more than other more reliable exterminators.
