I recommend sticking to scientifically proven supplements from legitimate labs that have no "proprietary" ingredients. Most of the products inside total nutrition have "proprietary formulas" which means it could be 1% of the labeled beneficial ingredient and 99% useless powder. Always do your research . And if you really get into supplements there are actually a very small few that work really well and I would recommend just buying the pure ingredient . The salesman use high pressure tactics to convince you to buy products instead of helping you improve your nutrition and supplement knowledge like other legitimate supplement/vitamin stores .
