I entered my number online yesterday and got a free Graph Works wash, which I used today. I wanted to try them out once more to see if they would be good enough for a monthly subscription. I'm not into drive-through washes due to scratches and dents that can occur that no one wants to take accountability for that I often read about, but luckily, I haven't had those issues as of yet. My car was nasty, so it did a pretty darn good job. I knew it wasn't going to be squeaky clean. I would have liked for the front portion, including headlights, to be cleaner, but I am very satisfied. They do offer free vacuums. However, I took the liberty of vacuuming out my car yesterday evening myself at home. I'm so proud of me! Yaay Me!! By the way, they are advertising the first month subscription 9.99, and that includes the top wash. I didn't see it online, so I called, and the gentleman said you have to sign up in person, so I definitely will go by and do that, if not later today, then tomorrow. Update: I returned and signed up for the monthly subscription and took my baby back thru once again for a second bath.

Additionally, the owner that sits in the back is grumpy and sighed that he had to get up and came to the counter when I was there to pickup my car. After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.
