There is ample parking and they have a decent sized waiting room. The most difficult thing for me in the beginning was making them realize that I don't speak Spanish and don't understand enough to have information sent to me that way. They offer a wide variety of services. At this point, I would say I have received excellent care and I look forward to a positive outcome.

They said it was no problem. These forms are simple questions. less than 2 PAGES! But EVERY WEEK id call them to see if they filled it out and they didnt! IT TOOK THESE PEOPLE 5 MONTHS! to fill out the paper work. 5 MONTHS! The women were SO RUDE and tried to put the blame on me when they just didnt care. Even tho i called me insurance telling them how awful these people were. after they FINALLY turned them in. the insurance told me it was to late-no insurance. So its 8 months later and no insurance and im 100 dollars poorer. so i basically paid these people for nothing. How do you not care if someone doesn't have insurance? Like you have to be a crappy person to be annoyed at someone trying to get some simple paper work so they can have HEALTH INSURANCE. but these people treated me like a pest. So many people suffer from not having insurance and these people acted like it was no big deal and treated me poorly for calling them once a week to get it done. now they dont even want to refund my money which i could use since I DONT HAVE INSURANCE BECAUSE OF THEM

Minutes later the supervisor, called me from the front desk area (it has multiple windows). I approached the window of the representative I originally talked to. The supervisor looked at me and said: "No! Over here." Calling me to the window she was in front of her. I thought supervisors had to display and treat people with professionalism, not treat patients/clients like they are talking to one of their buddies or someone in the street. Decorum has gone out the window at this facility. Apart from the doctors, there is no other personnel reflecting professionalism, courtesy, or competence.

Park Place provides you with a safe place to stay where you can piece your life back together. While you are here you can either focus on the petty things you will surely encounter, or take advantage of the time you have to better yourself. I'm very grateful to Park Place for a fresh start. The office was never on time for scheduled appointments, most times waiting more than 45 min to be seen. Office staff struggled to manage communication details despite there being notes in the system. The provider would ask questions to my child that did not pertain to her reasoning for symptoms and would make suggestions outside of their scope. My child did not feel heard in this office by the provider or supported. I requested office records and was not told about the additional fee for a cover paper that was not requested. I would not recommend this office or its services to clients who need real help.
