First off, I have had my share of facials and every time I get one, I am always so anxious to tell the esthetician that I have sensitive skin and to ask what products they will be using. Alicia was so considerate of my anxiety level and relayed to me every time she was about to use a product and the level of "spice" I should feel with each one and assured me that if was too much that she would remove right away. The biggest issue I have with this place is their frequent rotation of injectors. Very rarely did I ever see the same person consistently. I would meet with one injector that I ended up loving, but come my next appointment they wouldn't be there anymore. This happened again another time, where I liked the injector and we connected well, but again, when I would schedule my next appointment a few months down the road that person was no longer there. Otherwise a lot of the time I had newbies injecting me. The inconsistency is what made me not want to go back, because I think it's important that you find one person that you trust with injecting you that you can always go back to.
