When I finally decided to opt for permanent removal on the problem areas, I began consulting with several of the prominent practitioners in the Coachella Valley. All of them sell "packages" which are not cheap and only come with six treatments give or take. When I'd ask about how many treatments it would take over what period of time to achieve full removal, they'd get defensive and switch the conversation back to me to buy the package and seeing what happened after they were all used. I knew something was off. I spoke to Mario and he was candid: he said it was going to be a very long process that would require many treatments stretching well over a year. But he gave me a flat rate which was more than reasonable and said he'd work with me for however long it took to get the desired outcome. I am still undergoing treatments but have seen a lot of progress and should be done soon. Had I gone with the other providers, I would have spent multiple times what CLS charged and would have been left with subpar results. It's been a pleasure working with Cosmetic Laser Solutions and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking permanent hair removal.

The Botox didn't work where it was supposed to and instead left my face uneven and distorted. When I raise my eyebrows, my expression looks bizarre and exaggerated. My smile lines look worse than before. The Botox in my jaw caused weeks of pain and bruising, and I still have difficulty chewing. The filler in my jawline left it sagging and heavier instead of more defined. It took several attempts to get a follow-up call scheduled, but the real issue was the dismissive attitude during that call. I was told that of the $5,000 I paid, only $1,000 was attributed to Botox--and that they would only consider refunding a portion of that. I still have not received any refund in any amount. At any price, this level of care and professionalism is unacceptable.

Booked my facial appointment. I was early, and the young woman who did my facial was great! She was Professional and timely. That part of my booking was great. Out the door, the daughter, Vanessa, was upselling me a package about eyebrow tattooing package that included brow, eyeliner, and 2 herbal facials. I made the purchase. The only paperwork was instructions on the face and brows on what to do before my appointment. I never received my receipt. Emailed to me. I was never given any type of disclosure policies or anything dealing with refund policies. Booked my 1st appointment for brows. I was early. They were running behind with the appointments that day. Mom Guadalupe finally told me that Vanessa would be with me shortly. I had waited 45 minutes. Then Mom took me to her room for my appointment. Vanessa walked in. I'm a current licensed cosmetologist and esthetician myself. Vanessa put numbing cream on my brows. She left the room to go to her other client, who I could see in the other room. Curtain for privacy; doors are open for both of us. Don't like this open-door situation. Cream is on my brows for only 10 minutes, maybe 15. As she was tattooing, it was becoming painful. I started squeezing and tearing up. I have a high pain tolerance. The pain was too much. She stopped. She told me what to do and not to do for my brows before leaving. Mom started upselling about this new procedure, the face fibroblast wrinkle procedure very expensive. Felt so pressured. The owner told me facial fillers don't last and this is way better. I was so pressured by her upsell, gave in! Never received my receipt or cancellation policy or any internal company policies! Emailed me the receipt. Only received a paper of ladies face on what to do to prepare before coming in. This is where it went downhill. My scheduled 2nd brow appointment: they were so behind that day! I waited over 1 hour. By the time got into the room, Vanessa left me to take care of another client waiting next door. Another lady put cream on my brows to numb. I had a scheduled appointment with a hospice nurse. I had allocated enough time to meet the nurse. Due to them always running behind by booking too many clients that can't be finished in time for other clients...I was so upset, and Vanessa could hear me complaining to the other employee about the long wait time. Vanessa yelled out to me, " Miss, I will be with you in a moment. I was so pissed she called me " Miss " and not by my name! I jumped up and told the employee to cancel this appointment and next week's appointment! I said, I'm done! I want my money back! The lady said ok. I never heard back from them until the next week. Vanessa left me a phone message. I left them a message that night on the answering machine. I said, want my money back. I'm not interested in any freebie! Again, no one got back to me. A few days later, the mom, the owner, called me. She apologized and offered free service. I said I'm not interested in any of your services. I want my refund. Mom said she would refund me. 7 days went by and no refund! I left another message about not receiving my promised refund from the owner. I said you have lost the best cheerleader EVER! Gets worse! Mother flat-out lied to me! She told me they have a 30-day refund period. That was her company policy! Told the owner you lied to me! In our first conversation, you would refund me, and you were sorry. I said you never gave me any paperwork about your company policies! No, where on your website that states your refund policy? She may have put it on her site by now to cover her butt! I called my credit card after her call. Filed 2 separate dispute claims. I'm paying a very expensive interest rate on 500.00 and 2,400 total, $ 2,900...wasn't going to pay the card off without having my services. As per the owner, who claims 3o days...what a liar! My first payment of $500.00 was on 6/12/2026 2nd $2,400 7/9/2026 This ordeal was extremely disappointing and upsetting! The owner lied to me from start to finish! Negative Experience! This business is costing me money and stress. Forgot to mention in my review. Yes, numbing cream needs almost 40 minutes. This is the reason crying at my first appointment; the cream was only on my brows for 10-15 max. Because they were running so far behind.
