From the minute I walked in the door, the energy was high and it really felt like the staff enjoyed one another. There was good energy buzzing throughout the space. I was quickly greeted and offered and snack and drink and I was ushered back on time. The cut was thorough and down to business - cherry on top? A scalp and neck massage. I have tightly coiled natural hair. I would have had to wait an hour for a stylist who is more comfortable with "textured hair". I didn't have that much extra time to wait. They were very nice.
