She messaged me right away; I assumed she was concerned about the 1-star rating. She called me several times and texted me saying how sorry she was. I did call her back to kindly let her know I already found another CPA. She convinced me to drop my CPA and went with her instead just to string me along for over 2 weeks with no intention of working on my taxes. She also made accusations about how I switched CPA every year which I have been with the same CPA for over 20 years. She would ask for sensitive documents; I would upload them to the portal within hours. Then I do not hear from her for days. She would text me again days later saying she has questions and would like to schedule a phone/zoom/google meeting. Then I would respond saying I can talk and asked for a time that will work for her. Saturday was one of the options she gave me so I asked if 1pm works for her, she then accuses me of not being reciprocal and weekends are her rest and family time. I will be filing a complaint to the State Board of Accountancy. She is very unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

Benefits: They intentionally dilute the value of their health insurance offerings by negotiating to take certain health providers out-of-network that would not otherwise be out-of-network! What a disgrace. They sell you on the value of their negotiating power because they have greater than 100,000 people under their health plan, but then they come back and discriminate against your company by individually assessing your costs and increasing premiums based on how much they pay on your behalf in any given year. This is something the health insurance company cannot do, but Insperity is allowed to do it because they're your "employer." 401k: Their 401k offering is supper high fee, but their outside record keeping on other plans is so horrible, that you feel like you have to use their 401k plan. It seems like they intentionally provide poor service to push you to pay them more. FICA Maximums: They neglect to tell you that you will pay extra social security taxes if you switch to or cancel Insperity mid-year and have employees that will reach the social security maximum during the year. Payroll: They screwed up our payroll 3 times in a 6 month period. Then, when I tried to make sure it wouldn't happen again, the payroll specialist would argue with me. Forms: They constantly make you use paper forms instead of electronic forms. It's a massive burden on you and your employees. Overall: Atrocious service, overpriced, not worth it. Please save yourself the hassle.
