Our son was extremely behind when we started the sessions and by the end, was fully caught up. It took time to get going but in the end, we got there. The sessions with Tamra did not do much for our son, as he is shy and was hesitant about the interactions (it got better as we got towards the end). However, the sessions gave us the tools to be successful in incorporating behaviors into our daily routines to ensure we got him to the speech development levels he needs to be at. Much better bedside manner, much better aesthetic and vibe, and all the staff seem to actually enjoy babies and children. We love the little touches like growth stickers, stickers given post vaccines, just right temperatures for stripping down babies for measuring etc., children's art, and tiny play area with books and toys. We've received quick responses from nurses when using the message portal, and call backs when we've had more urgent questions. Scheduling has never been a problem, I don't have to schedule out our whole year in advance, they've got great scheduling management. I appreciate how they prioritize science and research when making recommendations for our kiddos. They are not shy about their pro-vaccine stance, which is so nice these days! Our little gal was diagnosed with a speech delay. We started weekly visits in June 2021. Our daughter had a vocabulary of around 50 words, but she was not stringing together sentences. Now she's using 5-7+ word sentences and her vocabulary has more words than I can count. We had one visit per week where I picked up very helpful tips to continue throughout the week. Our daughter loved her visit each week. Robin and Brittany made learning fun. She's still asking me to "Go see Robin in the Castle" Thankful for all of their help.

My son has autism and needs OT and ST yet their speech…read moretherapy is in groups and that doesn't help at all especially when my son gets triggered in a group, instead of working with him, they would have me step out with him during their session so he could "calm down" so he didn't disrupt the other kids. He's not aggressive just starts to yell and cry when he's triggered. His OT therapist was on maternity leave and they couldn't put him with anyone else.. they didn't even try to work with him or his accommodations. I asked for him to have an individual speech therapy session and they said they didn't offer that anymore that everything had to be in groups.
