Spent a week there after my stroke and 3 days at ST Mary's…read more Pros: Great PT and OT staff, friendly, competent, professional, always a smile and treating the patients with respect. Nursing care was excellent as well. Cleaning staff worked to keep the rooms clean. Cons: Limited focus on healing environment. Food was barely edible, hot food mostly cold, really unsafe, often couldn't tell what i was eating, they offer extra items on the menu, just check them off, yet don't provide little pencils, so that is a fail. The time i did order other items, not fullfilled. Erratic staff performance: often left the lights on after night checking vitals, often not all vitals taken, roomate left their tv on 24/7, so i had to listen to old tv shows, high level of noise from the hallways, Too many times Vitals equipment not working, broken. Communicated to management via web site response, no response to my note:,Fail Given i was in rehab did spend time watching netflix on my phone, took days to understand they had wifi, and to obtain the account name and password. So many little items to easily fix, to improve the experience, management not paying attention or maybe don't care. Changing the little things would improve the experience big time.

I was checking out places for my friend to get Physical Therapy after his discharge from Banner…read moreHospital. Upon entering the building, the smell of urine was noticeable. A housekeeper was dragging a large bag of laundry? garbage? through the hallway. The rooms were small, even for two people, and noted that some rooms had three people crammed in. I saw residents sleeping on mattresses on the floor. The plaster was falling off the walls. Baseboards rotting. The sign for the Utility room was missing letters. I felt like if this is how they cared for the building, what could I expect of the care for my friend. I would not have my dog admitted there. Cindy H

Some may call me a frequent flyer here. I've been going to this ATI for a couple years now. That's…read moremy fault, not by theirs (rollover accidents are bad). Ari, Chad, Hector, Jared, and Matt have been fantastic. If something hurts, they do their best to fix it. I was definitely reluctant about my treatment when I began. I was taught growing up that you go to a chiropractor for your back. And sure, they definitely know how to pop your back and make things feel great in the short term, but they never fix the problem and they keep you coming back. I can tell you Chad is just as good if not better at popping things than any chiropractor I've seen and, while he and everyone here is great, they do their best to get you fixed as fast as they can so you don't have to keep coming back.

I am going to Ideal for follow up from a surgery I had several weeks ago. My therapist is Cara and…read moreshe is great. She's upbeat and energetic and does a very good job of explaining why we are doing certain stretches, and for how long, and what muscles we are hoping to strengthen. There are several assistants working with patients as we go through our exercises and there is a good sense of team work with all of the staff. The facility is in a great location, and it's always clean and organinzed, with things being put away right when you are done using them. I highly recommend Ideal Rehab if you are need of PT services.

I couldn't be happier with the wonderful environment where my daughter spends her weekdays. She's…read morebeen attending since she was three months old and is now two. Her teachers take excellent care of her and the other children in her class, she has fun and learns so much every day. This is so much more than just a place where she's safe while her dad and I are at work: it's a nurturing learning environment, with caring teachers who she loves like family, in classrooms with minimum 4:1 ratios. She gets both English and Spanish, is fed healthy meals, given consistent naptimes, and is building real friendships with kids she's known for a long time. Miraculously, it's also less expensive than other places where we'd inquired. I was so lucky to get her in here. We're going to be moving out of state in the coming months, and taking my daughter from CAC is the hardest part of the move. I know we'll probably never find a place as good for her where we're going, and that breaks my heart.

My son attends this daycare. They are NAEYC certified, there's only about 20 centers in Tucson with…read morethis certification. What does it mean? They have to meet really high standards and get surveyed regularly. If I had something negative to say it would be the turnover is a little high in the infant room, but I love so many other things I can overlook this. They teach my son English, Spanish and sign language. The teachers have an education that is associated with child development and they give great advice for how to handle new stages. They support breastfeeding which you can do at the center while visiting your child or bring the breastmilk ready to go. The meals are healthy and diverse and they can work with dietary requirements. Overall, I love this place and know my son is learning in a safe environment when he's there.
