Music was pumping and all was amazing. They have a lobby area with a small arcade (I stress the word small with only a claw machine, 2 arcade machines, one pinball and a single motorcycle machine. Each token is $1.00 and you need 1-2 tokens for each. For the bike, it seems like many people didn't know how to throttle (tip: roll your right hand away from you). There's a pool table area which has two single bathrooms. There are two decent sized party rooms to book for events. Overall it was a nice place. Back to the laser tag. Fifteen minute rounds were sufficient. It's enough to get your heart beating and you're moving around enough to work up a sweat. The equipment was nice and newer. The LED lights which changed colours when you get shot was bright. The laser beams were visible since there was a smoke machine. There were allegedly three bonuses to get rapid fire and other useful things but I only found one. We played 3 rounds in total. Spaced out so another group went in between each of our rounds. Had we known, we never would have brought a group of children into those conditions. An Orange Heat Alert was in effect, and both children and adults became overheated. Some showed signs of heat exhaustion, and the kids were struggling to participate. Instead of enjoying their birthday, they left sweaty and disappointed. To make matters worse, the staff member assigned to our party was called away to a lengthy staff meeting while we were the only party there. We struggled to get water refills when they were most needed. Mara was helpful whenever she was available, but overall the staff seemed unprepared, and no manager came to check on our group or address the situation. What was most disappointing wasn't just the broken AC--it was how the situation was handled. There was no advance warning, no apology from the GM, no effort to mitigate the conditions with fans, complimentary cold drinks, arcade passes, or any other accommodation. Customer safety and satisfaction should have been the priority. We paid a hefty price for a memorable birthday celebration and instead experienced an unsafe and deeply disappointing afternoon. I hope management takes responsibility for how this was handled so other families don't have the same experience.

There were at least two staff members on the roller skating rink, making sure that the people who fell were okay as well as escorting people to and from the entrance of the rink. It took me a bit of time, but I got used to roller skating and was comfortable going at my own pace even though there were plenty of other people zooming by and doing tricks. Shady…read more While attending a birthday party earlier today, it was incredibly disappointing to hear that my three-year-old's niece's birthday party was double booked ... understanding that sometimes this happens the way about the manager Lisa handle the situation was just completely appalling disappointing and although this may be a children's play place, the games played by the manager was appalling. To give some context of the situation, yes the play place was double booked by two birthday parties ... with about 30 people each party...Instead of trying to accommodate both parties, the manager of the place had forced us to leave. When it was left up to both parties to have a joint birthday party as to not ruin the experience for our children, the manager continue to be berating and use her on site employees who, by the way, couldn't have been older than 16 each to do her dirty work by trying to kick us out ... irregardless both family shared the space, like good neighbours...we shared in the experience of our children's birthday. ....However, the manager didn't stop there and continued to try to play games by promising returns on deposits for one family, but not the other clearly she was not willing to take a hit to her bottom line. If you are considering booking this appalling place, please be aware of the games the manager plays ...
