She is curt and dismissive and unwilling to answer a question about her office's services instead telling you "to read the website." Because website is cursory in its offering of information, a question regarding a toddler needed answering. She did not even afford me an opportunity and was unreasonably rude. The doctors in her office would be disgusted to learn about her unprofessional nature. If you will not offer information over the phone and are condescending to callers, why would you care to expose yourself to her to see the doctors in her office. Back office matters doctors and proper protocols should be improved.
