We have called and called and they do NOT return our calls. Why they put the tree trunk parts on MY side of the alley I DO NOT KNOW! The pieces are huge and the city will not haul them off.... understandably so. Elite uses shameful tactics and I do NOT recommend anyone using them. They are swindlers. Technician said there were some clearance issues and "fixed" them. 7 months later after some good summer rains, we noticed mold on the wall behind pictures we had hanging. They cut through the flashing and tar paper around the chimney and didn't say anything. After contacting them, they decided to fix what they screwed up. Ended having to remove a section of drywall about 6ft wide floor to ceiling, all the insulation and some of the studs due to mold build up and excessive moisture still present. The insulation was poorly installed which I fixed and the studs they replaced were not lined up and wasn't discovered until after my drywall guy finished it up. The new mantle top in the picture is straight. I did my best with the rest of the repairs since I could no longer trust Shane's. It's almost to the point of legal action especially since they kept trying to push back. Find someone else.

Mr. Torres met me on several occasions out at the property so there would be clear communication as to what I wanted and where I wanted it. I am building a barndominium and contracted this company to lay the foundation. The framing went up and the concrete poured a few days later (slight delay due to rain).
