If you lined up 1000 people and asked them if they would purchase a new vehicle with mismatched tires you would get a solid NO from all, hands down. This speaks directly to the level of honesty of the mechanical, sales and management teams at North Bay Toyota. I have written to Brent Ogletree (Salesman) and spoken to Jason Harvey (Operations Manager) with no results. My advice is stay away 100% from North Bay Toyota even if it means traveling some distance to buy a Toyota. The service manager has called me a couple of times during the day letting me know of updates, before any additional work is done. The workmanship is great, They take pride in getting the work done right the first time. I have not had any issues or the need to have more work done following a repair.
