I explained that it was not 180 days from the issue date ( September 24). I asked how old was too old first she said 6months, then 5 months, then 180days. I explained that intact it has not been 180 days. She snatched the check back and deposited it saying, "Well I deposited it but the only thing that will happen is that the issuer will refuse it." With a smirk. I asked why and she said because of the 180 days. I attempted to call and speak with the manager about her rudeness but this bank is too busy to answer phone calls and refered me to the 800 number to leave a comment. I visited this location on a Friday late afternoon and had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted upon entry and was helped right away with my banking needs. The woman who helped me, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. While I was there only 2 other patrons came in for banking needs. While going to a bank isn't always the ideal errand, my experience was great and I was in and out quickly!
