I have to say, admittedly, I was wrong about this place when I first started coming here. At first I was annoyed that I wasn't given a consultation of sorts, like a sit down, therapeutic consultation to talk about my bad posture and bad habits and such. I even went so far to say it was a "crack em and stack em" place, but after many rescue visits for a kinked up neck, or twisted back, I can honestly say, Dr Horine is the best for a quick easy adjustment and they are so super fast. They are also amazing and squeezing me in for an appointment when I find myself painfully out of alignment. I have waited a while to write this review. I slipped a disk in December 2020. I went to physical therapy and it helped but my back still felt unstable and I was in constant pain. I was looking for a new chiropractor and found Dr. Horine. I went 6 times and I am 100% better. I have not had an adjustment in almost 2 month. But the receptionist, Elvira, failed to bill the correct sector of my insurance, Humana -- this is what the Humana representative told me over the phone; this is not simply guesswork on my behalf. This has kept me from being seen and receiving much needed adjustments for my spinal and TMJ problems. I would strongly recommend you not go to Horine Chiropractic and save yourself a lot of stress. I have nothing personal against the owner. However, this is one of those places were it is nightmarish to deal with the receptionists. It's a long, painful ordeal and they don't even care to correct their mistakes and get back to you and have bad attitudes. If I was the owner, I would be quite upset that my employees were running the show and not doing their jobs properly. The building is always super clean and professional. They take very good care of all your needs and genuinely cate about your pain. Well for the first time in my life my back went out on me! Wow, first time I have been to a chiropractor and they were through and did not rush at all. They explained everything to me before it was done. I was extremely nervous. They say the first visit is the longest because the forms to fill out and the tests and questions they ask. I was told by my masseuse actually to go because she said she couldn't help me with the issue I have but a chiropractor could (she use to work for one). When it came to adjustment they had me on a table that could move and be adjusted. He did a quick 2-3 minute adjustment and would explain before he did it, and after I said okay. I tensed up once and it hurt but he adjusted it and later when i had issues he moved to a tool instead of hands on. But he was patient. Then they had a tool to help loosen some muscles afterwards I guess. My head feels a lot lighter on my shoulders if that makes any sense. I am to go for treatment 3 times a week. Oh, they also checked my insurance before the doctor saw me and let me know if the cost. The photos on here do need to be updated though. read more

Never disappointed, I suffer from migraine, 15-20 a month. Whenever my neck starts to bother me I know a big migraine is coming on. One phone call to Dr. Horine's office and the young ladies take care of me. I can usually get an appointment immediately. As soon as the Dr. adjusts me I get instant relief. It doesn't always prevent a level 10 migraine but it definitely minimizes them or makes them tolerable until I can get in to see my neurologist.
