I've been going for for almost a year now, I developed back problems through my experience in the Navy and this is where the VA referred me. I couldn't have believed the courteous and friendly staff and knowledgeable and genuine doctor would ever be a possibility. I've had great care the entire time I've been here, I've never had a bad experience and I know if I had they would do what they can to correct that. Terrible. Staff attempted to discuss billing with me during a treatment whose purpose was suppose to be relaxing, and they were actually in err regarding the matter. The therapeutic effect of this prepaid treatment was ruined due to this rude and unprofessional behavior. While the doctor himself was never rude or unprofessional, his staff had apparently heard gossip within medical circles (illegal to engage in btw and also likely largely untrue/exaggerated), and this gossip did apparently affect a change in the doctor's perceptions and interactions with me. He was initially warm and seemed interested in developing a treatment plan, and then his behavior shifted to nervous and hurried. Anyway, I'm a 'good patient' who pays my bills and shows respect, but I won't tolerate disrespect from some of these so called 'professionals' and their staff either. Luckily for this doctor, he is NOT going to be reported to the board. I'm not out to get anybody who doesn't deserve it, but yeah, if you've heard gossip about me reporting a QUACK and JOKE to one of the boards in the past for legitimate malpractice, yeah, IT IS true. I'm not ashamed and you're welcome; it was a public safety matter. We can't let these people get away with malpractice (or even rude behavior and attempts to overbill in the middle of treatment... especially an elective treatment I was paying for out of pocket... just wow...) That was another issue that was super unprofessional - always pushing electrotherapy even though I have a unit at home better than theirs, literally. Anyway, maybe they just wanted to get rid of me? Well fine, but you should still return the $60 you owe me if you have any degree of honor. Side Note: Any medical/paramedical professional ready for a change anyway and with actionable information and/or evidence leading to conviction(s) and/or collection of legitimate monetary damages related to illegal medical disclosures in my case are invited to reach out with a direct no nonsense approach via mail or email. I was referred to Dr. Mitchell by a friend who was experiencing shoulder pain. She was very happy with the service and results.I'm a dental assistant and my job makes a challenge to keep proper posture at all times. So I made an appointment to get help with a painful numbing sensation on my left shoulder which was my main concern , I did have other issues that were addressed. I was very impressed with the detail and honesty from Dr.Mitchel on my very first visit. X-rays were taken and a personalized treatment plan was created for me that included a few deep tissue massage It has been over a month of treatment and my shoulder is feeling much better the numbing has improved to a 90% and my overall back tension has diminished. I just began my treatment and have many more months to go. I mentioned that my treatment included massages. The massage therapist are amazing something I will continue to treat my self with well after completing my treatments. And the price for the massages are super reasonable. read more

Dr Mitchell helped identify and treat an elusive neck pain problem i had been experiencing for years despite setting many specialists and ER visits. I was skeptical at first but as Dr Mitchells hypothesis and treatment plan. As therapy progressed the discomfort i experienced diminished drastically. Unfortunately I'm not pain free but i now have an answer to the enigmatic pain. When it flares up i know where to go. I'd give more stars if possible! My sister-in-law referred me to Dr. Mitchell's office when I moved to town and didn't know any chiropractors. I was having strange dizzy spells and neck pain so I thought I might be having nerve issues. Dr. Mitchell did a diagnostic tests and x-rays with me and started therapy right away. I've been coming in for 2 months and am now pain free. Yes, no pain! And no dizziness either. I am ever grateful for Dr. Mitchell!! This is the worst chiropractic center ever. My husband has been in pain for months and when he came here, the doctor did something to make his body hurt worse. The receptionist told him that he had to pay 3,000 for all the treatment he needed. If he didn't pay it, it would go to collection. They don't care about how you feel. Just the money. read more

My 13 yr old daughter had been experiencing back and neck pain and an obvious curvature of the spine. We took her to a chiropractor who gave us a diagnosis of scoliosis after taking two x-rays that cost $280. We had not been given the treatment plan, but the receptionist did give us the run down of prices, and the total for treatment would have been bank-breaking! We decided to call around for a second opinion and a better price. After speaking with a very sweet receptionist and sharing our situation, I was told that we would be given a consultation for free if we wanted to give Dr. Mitchell a try. We scheduled and were very pleased. He not only gave a more thorough check, but he did more extensive x-rays and found another issue that had been overlooked. He didn't speak ill of the other chiropractor when we shared who we had seen first, and he gave high regard for his fellow peer. Dr Mitchell took his time giving my daughter her adjustment and was very gentle as well as friendly. His demeanor is calm and pleasant, so it is easy to be relaxed while being adjusted. We quickly received a reasonable treatment plan as well as a hard copy of her x-rays. The cost was WAY more affordable, and we were even able to receive a discount while on a payment plan. I know there has to be profit involved, but it can't be huge. This doctor really cares for his patients and wants to help. He has already done a free check on another child of mine just to catch it early. Another wonderful part of this office is the staff. They are ALL so professional and kind with smiles on their faces, from the receptionist to the financial person to the massage therapists. This office is run so well! We have never had to wait- we get right in at the time we are scheduled. (Who would have thought?) To sum it up, this is the best healthcare experience I have ever had!! read more
