The lady who works the front desk is the absolute sweetest and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door, and Dr. Bridge really makes you feel at home. I never feel rushed, he sits down and takes his time to listen to my concerns & questions, and will make sure what he's doing isn't painful. Excellent chiropractic office. Dr. Bridge is friendly, and cares about working on a solution to the root cause of the problem, and not just a band-aid. This is a great chiropractic clinic. The doctor is cool and down to earth and the roller machine he has is pretty sweet. He does a great job with my adjustments and helps me when I'm in pain. It's just a little hole in the wall place but it gets the job done and appointments are easy to schedule and get same day. I like the convenience and that the doctor isn't in it for the money. He's actually like a cool dude who cares about making people feel better. I like his vibe and trust him to treat me well. I also like that they have good cash options because my insurance sucks and they make it easy to get affordable care. I recommend it! read more

Dr. Bridge is about the best chiropractor I've been to. I have been a powerlifter for about 40 years so I have my moments when my back is just jacked and it won't work... Fortunately Dr. Bridge is a big dude so he is able to adjust me pretty easily. There was another Chiropractor I was going to that would take 3 or 4 adjustments (at 30 or 40 dollars a piece) and that got expensive. With Dr. Bridge it is one shot and I'm back in action. Well I read the nice reviews and decided to just to stop in and inquire about a walk in visit. The place was stark empty. I asked her about the walk in visit. The front desk lady was rude in her response and how dare I bother her with such a stupid question. The answer was no, I needed an appointment and that would have been an acceptable answer had she been pleasant and explained it in a friendly manner. So if they don't want to be courteous. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I love the office environment (the new office is even better) and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. The staff is great and enjoy every visit to Horizon. He fixed my displaced rib instantly, increasing the range of motion in my neck and decreasing my pain in a matter of minutes. It's a recurring issues that few chiropractors are able to adjust. I called his secretary, told her how he hurt me. She called him and told him that he injured me and he NEVER CALLED to check on me. When I went back in the next day to discuss the injury he caused me with him, he said, 'you're gonna wish I broke your ribs, because that would heal faster. Your rib cartilage will take much longer to heal. I won't charge you for today though, since I left early last night and you weren't able to come back in last night." WHAT?? He offered me nothing in the way of healing after he hurt me. He put me on a rolling machine and the pain was excrutiating. Please don't go here. He likes the sound of his own voice than he cares about healing. Still have pain from his whack adjustment on an area that did not have ANY pain, prior to seeing him. Been to Chiro's since I was 12, I've never met a health professional who cared so little about another human! read more
