Paint appeared to be non-professionally done. Massage rooms weren't very cosy. They felt empty with no art or decor, and the walls felt like they were paper thin. I don't believe the walls went all the way to the ceiling, but my memory may be wrong. Also no soothing music. My massage therapist: was playing music from haulin oats without a subscription on her phone, so we had ads rolling through a rock playlist. She put me on my back (can't do during pregnancy) and also didn't have much gear for a true pregnancy massage. She was very nice but not what I was looking for. Update: Spoke to the owner who said she felt terrible about my experience at least with the masseuse and asked for me to come back for a free massage. However, I can't say that changes the appearance/feel of the place so I don't feel the need or desire to want to go back either way.
