This theater is a hidden gem in Harford County. Although the theaters are small; they are clean, have reserved seating, leather recliner seats and after 4pm they serve alcohol. The rewards program is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are clean. They lose one start because the food selections aren't great but if you eat before you come, it's perfection. read more

I love this place! The recliners are much more comfortable than AMC White Marsh (they recline further here). Theater 1 or 2 are the gems of the place. Very large screens and great sound. The rest aren't too bad either. Prices are a steal, and the snack pack popcorn and soda for $5 is soo worth it! This is my new go to theater for sure!!! read more

Stale popcorn, and it was unbearably hot inside. I mean it had to be about 77 degrees inside. We asked for then to turn up the AC, but it remained the same temperature throughout the movie. If the movie wasn't so damn good I would've walked out. The seats were nice, the sound was decent. and the viewing experience was nice. We had a great visit to the Horizon while we were passing through town. The ticketing process through Fandango did not work, so I headed to their website and reserved seats and that worked great. It's a very small theater and all the recliner seats had sold out by the time we made it to the show, so definitely reserve. It's well worth the experience and the tickets at matinee price were reasonable. The screen ratio to the size of the room was really good and the seats were very comfortable. Overall, a great experience! I wish we had a theater like this back in my hometown. read more

I really like it here. The recliners are very comfortable. I feel they could have put in more recliners and less general admission. I rarely see even a single person in the ga seats. If it's a popular movie, don't count on being able to reserve seats the day of the movie. Some movies will sell out through the weekend by Wednesday or Thursday. Reserve as early as you can. Reserving online is very easy. I like the self serve concessions. It speeds things up. I'd like to see a better menu of food, though. I would caution them about one thing. As of right now, they have maintained a very customer friendly atmosphere with a friendly, welcoming staff. Keep it that way. Last time I was there, I noticed a sign had been added, near the check-in podium, about no outside food or drinks allowed. I completely understand the need for that policy. I also completely understand that the smart business approach, and most profitable, is to NOT go out of your way to enforce it. If someone is flaunting it, walking in with full hands of Burger King bags or a cooler, obviously you have to address it. But, otherwise, you'd be wise to look the other way. Yes, you make a large portion of your profit from concessions. However, look at the reality of how things work. Some people will always buy food and drinks. Some people will be dedicated smugglers. That's a wash. But for many, they will smuggle some items but also buy a lot too. By looking the other way (not encouraging it), you keep it relaxed, friendly, and make people feel welcome and comfortable. In return, they will be more motivated to buy concessions more often. Enforcing that policy accomplishes nothing other than discouraging people from coming at all. A MUCH better solution would be to give people more options at reasonable prices. Give them good reasons to buy your concessions instead of forcing them and charging outrageous prices. The exception would be someone trying to smuggle in snowballs. Then I'd enforce it. That just seems too messy. read more

I love the reclining seats of this theater & the tables available for them which also include a convenient cup holder. Pop corn is kinda meh & they also sell old candy. My son got the milk duds several times & they were always melted together. What I really don't like is the theater doesn't show the latest movies trailers instead they show these trailers for right wing evangelical propaganda movies. Wish they'd show the latest trailers because that adds to a great movie experience. read more

Confusing layout, chaos in the lobby, customer service completely absent. So much potential, but unrefined... For instance, the person selling tickets was staring blankly into space, then he was all over the map. "Hi, are you open?" "Yes. How many?" "3 kids, 1 adult." **rings us up for too many people (4 kids, 1 adult instead of the 3 kids we had)** "Uhm, no, 3 kids, not 4." "Okay, do you want to switch to recliners ($2 upcharge)?" "Sure, let's do that" "Only 2 seats are still available, so the other 2 will have to be general admission." Ha. Seriously? So I should tell me kids to go sit by themselves? "No thanks, we'll take 4 GA tickets." We get inside, and the first two rows are GA, but they're *way* too close to the screen to be enjoyable, FYI. I'd be interested in revisiting once they work the kinks out, and only in the reclining seats. read more

Wonderful new theater! Loved that we could reserve our fabulous reclining chairs in advance online. The food was great but they cook to order & we had to wait 20 minutes for chicken fingers & cheesesteak egg rolls which by the way, were SO yummy with the cold bottle of beer from the bar! Such disappointing customer service. I bought my tickets on fandango. They have 2 sections. General admission and recliner. If you are going to go you have to sit in the recliner seats. We bought the general admission because the other were sold out. When we got there we find out that the general admission is the first two rows of seats which are three feet from the screen. They shouldn't even bother having those. And they were completely full and the management wasn't able to do anything for me. Why are you selling tickets for crap seats? And for crap seats that you don't even have? Try telling a three year old she doesn't get to watch Beauty and the Beast because there's no seat for her. Thanks a lot. read more

This theater is not large and overwhelming. It has more of a neighborhood feel, but do not underestimate it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food (menu) is better than most comparable theaters. Was particularly impressed with how clean an uncluttered it is. For at least once in your life you must get reserved, recliner seats!!! Go for Row-A Center, push the button, relax, and enjoy your favorite adult beverage, while you enjoy the latest and greatest the movies have to offer. read more

Great theater! Went to see The Last Jedi on opening day. We had reserved our reclining leather seats online, so convenient, two months prior to the movie. Wonderful experience! The seats are extremely comfortable, the theater and restrooms are CLEAN and the staff is friendly. After trying the AMC in White Marsh (both before and after the remodel) and the Regal in Bel Air (in bad need of renovation) this IS our new cinema. read more
