Sce the car was almost new there was not a lot of impurities to remove or paint correction. They did a fantastic job and coated not only the fenders, hood,etc. but also did the door jambs, wheel wells, and windoiws. They explained everything in detail and walked us through caring for the finish, etc. You are encouraged to have the finish renewed annually at no cost. "Caveat Emptor" Went to Fix-It with Fred for a needed oil change and the air conditioner was…read moreblowing warm air. Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.

Main Street Motors had no liability in this situation. I took the car to Kia in Alliance and they wanted to replace the motor for $12,600 and charged us over $900 dollars just to say it was bad. I brought this problem to Tony the owner of Main Street Motors and he asked me to let him pick the car up and see what the real issue was. Keep in mind that this is not his problem, it was a very weird situation with this car and Tony stepped up and towed the car to his shop and dug in. He had no reason to help my dad, who is 88 years old, but he did. Tony's shop found that the dealer was lazy and now the car is fixed, for much less than they were asking. The car business has such a bad reputation, Main Street Motors is not part of the problem. If you are looking at an automobile I can't recommend this dealership enough. Quality of cars combined with high character ownership makes this a no brainer to buy a car from them. I have to buy my 16 year old son a car, and I will be buying from Tony at Main Street Motors. I submitted a request on Saturday afternoon - they immediately called me back and scheduled the on site detailing. They were able to come right out the next morning - Gino and his son arrived right on time and got to work. Keep in mind - In the old auto detailing model, you schedule - then you wait a week, then you drive to the location and drop your car off for an entire day. Then you end up paying 3x. With No-H20 you schedule, and they come to you, often times the very next day. The quality of the work they do is outstanding, and the price is significantly lower than I'd been paying to the other traditional on site auto detailers. And they are family run and just nice as can be! They followed up with me to make sure I was happy and satisfied and even sent me a postcard thanking me for working with them. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Just outstanding on every level. Give them a shot next time you need an auto detail - I promise you won't regret it. OUTSTANDING!!
