They forced a non fitting arm and leg on him over and over, did not listen when he was in pain, charged him for a mioelectric arm that never worked, refused to return it and billed him tens of thousands of dollars for this work. Their own in house upper limb specialist said he should have never been fitted for the mioelectric arm that they gave him. He is young and healthy and still does not have a working arm or leg. This caused him extreme pain, injured his residual limbs and caused depression and mental anguish. They blamed everyone except themselves. Avoid this place at all costs.

I will not be going to places that make you pay before insurance pays. It's not pro customer, only pro business. It selfishly puts the onus on the customer.

I called was given a runaround that since part of the total bill includes a knee brace that I received in April, and since it is now July that made it in arrears, even though the knee brace has never shown up on any bill. Today is July 30th, the person at their billing department told me that the actual, detailed bill, including the cost of the brace, was mailed yesterday, July 29th, and that I can expect to receive it any day now, but it could still go to collections.
