Very professional and honest. I am the property manager for the Fairfield county area and I have…read morevery good relationships with all my investors. In fact I make them feel like I was their working partner with their properties.

I've gone back and forth with how I feel about this company. I'm going to replay the experience up…read moreuntil now and let you decide if you would want to work with them. Spoke with Damion on the phone, set up a time to meet on Saturday, which he agreed to. I made plans around that meeting and he canceled that day. We met another time in which I was able to give him the security deposit. Fast forward to move-in day. It was snowing and I had my father and brother come from out of town (Dad came from Salem, MA). I already gave Damion the security deposit and made the first month's payment online. A confirmation number was sent to me and the money was withdrawn from my account. Standing in the kitchen with Damion, my brother, and Father, he insisted I get a cashiers check. We agreed to meet at the Walmart down the road where I waiting in line over an hour to get the check. It was Dinner time and starting to get dark (Uhaul was sitll full..). After walking out of Walmart I don't see Damion. I call him and he tells me to meet him another 20min away because "I have four wheel drive" (in a dickish tone) - I meet him, give him the check and go back to the place to unload the uhaul. After unloading it came to our attention that the furnace hasn't been turned on, nor has the yard been picked up as we agreed. The company did credit me $150 for not following through on the yard clean-up. Next I was told to measure the air filter for Damion which I found extremely inappropriate. However, I did end up doing it. So that was all a month into the process. Now it's May, about 4 months into the lease and I have taken the liberty of doing yard cleanup (leaves, twigs, etc.) and also removed a large pile of trash (rusty metal, glass, even diapers..). I didn't feel comfortable with my dog using the area in that condition. I left this in a pile by the road for pick-up as per Damion's instruction. It's been a week and the only person that showed up wanted to see if there was anything of value (I could've saved him the time and tell him there wasn't). I've never met the owner before but from what I see, Pro Property Management's only function is dealing with the lease paperwork and taking payment. They did help me replace the dryer in the unit but they knew it was broken before I moved in and it was far from simple.. What do you think? Would you guys be happy with them? -**Response to Adrianne** - The clean-up then, and the clean-up now are different. If I was the landlord, I would be ecstatic that the tenant cleaned up some garage. See the picture as reference. I don't think it's fair to say you understand my frustration, because frankly you're not it.. I already sent a copy of this review to your email and not sure what else there is to discuss.

I would recommend that you look elsewhere to do business. The Connecticut Condo Connection, and…read moremore specifically the owner, do not care about the tenants or condo owners and do not respond to numerous emails or phone calls when a situation arises. I currently have a family (with a baby) renting a unit and the CCC has unfinished work surrounding the unit that has been there for nearly 3 weeks. My renters cannot open their downstairs window because if there is a breeze dirt or gravel kicks up and gets into the home. Do not do business with them.

This property manager does not know what she is doing. Cathy, the owner, argues with both owners…read moreand board members even when she has been proven wrong. Her attitude is do as I tell you ( even when she has her facts wrong.). She told owners if they do not allow her into their unit she will have their door removed. There was no emergency either. The police were informed of her threats. Another instance the police were called on her for the stickers she put on an owners car that she had no legal right to do. Another instance she threatened to remove an owners patio because she had lost their "variance" letter. In another instance she told a contractor to stop work at the condo complex when the contractor was half way into the job. The board told the contractor to continue the work and argued with her they voted on this work to be done.!! She said no, they have to fill out my form. The Board said no, it is not required. In meetings she removes her shoes and exposes her bare feet while telling people how professional she is - maybe if she was doing farm work it would be appropriate. She has steadily lost accounts and her partner left long ago. The business is failing and she gives herself raises every year . Take it or leave is her attitude. The common fee goes up and her lack of service gets worse and worse with her bad attitude. The needed repairs on the property are not done. She does not gather bids. If you call to get an accounting question answered her annoyance is audible, sighs. It has been reported she hangs up on owners if she gets mad at you. This company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau - what a big surprise.

Disappointing Experience with HOA Construction Teams…read more I feel it is imperative to share the disappointing experience we've had with your construction company during the fire restoration of my mother's condo. Fire Restoration Project: In March 2025, my mother's condo suffered severe fire damage. The kitchen was destroyed, and the property needed extensive cleaning, restoration and repainting. The condo association insists on being in charge - utilizing contractors, assigning a PM and an estimator, all of their own choosing. The estimator then delivered a shocking timeline: at least a full year for renovation. What should have been a speedy recovery turned into ongoing frustration. As of January 2026, after endless hassles, the work is complete. The following is an account of the incompetence we endured the past 10 months: 1. Perpetual Delays: While we understood that proper channels needed to be followed and permits needed to be obtained and approved, work didn't start until late June, three months after the fire. 2. Careless Temperature Setting: During July and August, workers irresponsibly set the AC to 52 degrees, disregarding my instructions to feel free to use AC during work hours, but to please set it to 78 when leaving. This not only risked the AC condenser seizing but also led to us incurring higher utility expenses. 3. Atrocious Tile Job: The tile flooring installed in the front of the condo was misaligned throughout, forcing the floor to be torn up and redone. 4. Granite Countertop Fail: Without any consultation, a seam was placed dead center on the countertop right in front of the sink, the most visible spot in the kitchen. The smaller piece of granite on the island wasn't even attached to the underlying cabinetry. 5. Refrigerator Debacle: Due to negligence in pushing the refrigerator in on time, we crossed the return window and had to unnecessarily buy another one. 6. Dishwasher Failure: The dishwasher installation left a drawer misaligned. The attempt to fix it resulted in a powerless appliance. 7. Bathroom tile: White caulking (where none was before) was placed on top of brown molding tile. 8. Botched Hardware Installation: Pre-drilling hardware holes on drawer faces, without knowing the specifics of what hardware was purchased, led to an eyesore of poorly patched holes. 9. Careless Workmanship: Damaged floor vents, mismatched wall plates, and reckless behavior like leaving windows open and the sliding glass door unlocked. This experience was highlighted by poor communication, and blatant disregard for quality and customer satisfaction. It took three rounds of punch lists to rectify their careless work. Summary: Your company's performance was shameful. Your team exhibited neglect, and a complete lack of responsibility, causing us undue stress and financial burden. This entire ordeal has left us not only frustrated but deeply disappointed in the service provided.
