Our water main broke and we were able to get them to come very quickly, which was appreciated. What…read morewas not appreciated was the language by not only the employees, but the owner once he got there. He was mad at his employees, the tight space, and the inconvenience on a Friday, and he was not holding it back. The amount of times I (and my young child) heard the f word and that he was going to quit the job blew my mind. It was very clear and there was no confusion about what was being said. I can't help that my house is older, that a smaller person wasn't available to get into the tight space, or the fact it happened on a Friday. The "finished" job was shoddy, and will be fixed by someone else. After the last employee "cleaned up" we picked up drink bottles, supplies, and rocks through the basement. If you don't mind unprofessional, vulgar language and attitudes and having to fix things and clean up, then this may be your solution, but we will not be calling again. I would have rated two stars for how fast they came, but the fact that he told me over and over that he was marking this as an emergency. Just so unprofessional.
