Earlier this month, we were told that lab work was required before any medication could be prescribed. We completed the labs the very same day, yet it took nearly four weeks and countless phone calls for the prescription to finally be sent to the pharmacy. For two weeks, I repeatedly called the office without being able to reach anyone. It wasn't until I became extremely frustrated that they finally sent the prescription, and even then, no one followed up despite the automated messages promising a return call within 24 hours. At one point, someone answered the phone only to immediately hang up on me. To make matters worse, they are quick to collect your copay even when they are unable to see you. The quality of care and customer service has become increasingly inconsistent and has steadily declined over the years. We will be looking for a new dermatologist.
