Far too many law firms, including the large, international corporate firm retained by the respondent for defense, use dirty tricks to confuse witnesses, distort evidence and try to pull a fast one on inattentive judges. Ms. Panto and Ms. Gomerman have operated strictly based on truth, facts and the Law. I feel like I can hold my head up high, knowing that working with them, I have also operated in a manner that I can be proud of. If you find yourself in a dispute with an employer, you are likely to be offered a small sum of money, to waive your right to litigation. Deep down, you might believe that the employer is right, and in that case, accept the payment and move on. However, if you believe that you really were treated in an unfair or unethical manner, I would urge you to speak to this team, before giving the employer a free pass. If a company mistreats you and you do nothing to object, that is just an invitation for them to hurt other people. In some cases, you may be right from an ethical standpoint, but may lack the legal basis for a case. Ms. Panto is very capable of making that determination. Those are $250 phone calls!!! -Joyce made no calls and wrote no letters on my behalf while I "retained" her. She never reached out to my landlord. She never prepared any paperwork for me. She did not represent me in ANY court or legal hearing. -When I contacted her the 3rd time she told me that I'd have to pay her more money if I wanted to continue to speak to her about my case. I was shocked. I never had any other contact with Joyce. I would not recommend these legal services to anyone.
