They take just about anything as well as household garbage. Besides the usual plastics, glass and cardboard, I can clean out my house (I'm a pack rat) and be conscientious about Mother Nature. Household electronics, batteries, used oil, bulk waste, tires can all be recycled here. They also collect used clothing (not sure who benefits from these donations). The center also has very convenient hours (see photo of times). The workers are helpful and friendly and help locate the proper receptacle to use. They also keep this center neat and clean. Overall, a household chore is made much easier due to this facility.

I threw some bags of trash in the garbage dumpster, and then I threw some rotten old boards in another bin for old furniture and large items. It was like they read my trashy mind. They're way beyond your average cans and water/soda bottle recycling. I gave it four stars because I reserve five for truly life changing institutions. (Fight review inflation!) After checking in at the office, I headed out to do the work, and this wonderful man immediately came with me offering his help. Less than 10 minutes later, I was on my way home. It was during that small period of time that this giant of a man took away my overwhelming load of concern...and never broke a sweat, never stopped smiling and asked how else he could help. To many, it sounds pretty simple. For me, an 82yo woman, it was a gargantuan gift! His name is Roosevelt, and I want him to know of my gratitude. We were looking for a place to dispose of a few old tvs and other electronics and after looking online I found this site. It is easy to find and convenient to drop off many things you wish to dispose of that you cannot just leave with your weekly trash. They accept large appliances (ie:washers), car batteries, cardboard, household electronics, tires, oil and gasoline, aluminum cans and mixed paper. They have several different containers to dispose of each different item. Simply drive up to the area and then you place it inside. This location is staffed during daytime hours and can assist with directions on what goes where, and answer questions. There is also a swap shop that you can place items for others to take ownership of if you wish to do so. Either way, here is where you can dispose of many old items you cannot just put out in your trash. Easy to find, and easy to use.
