Do NOT use this company. Loyalty means nothing to them. We've been with them for over 4 1/2 years…read more We even stuck with them after they had no trucks and was only picking up every other week. In July thier truck broke down and no communication regarding when they would pick up trash. Normal pickup is Tuesday, finally picked it up on Saturday after multiple text. Many times, not picking up our trash until Wednesday, about 40% of the time are they on time. We live in a HOA community that doesn't allow our trash cans to be out over night so we move it to the side of our house. Many times, they've had no problem picking it up from that location. Not today though!!! They rude and VERY unreliable!!! Watts is a great company I've heard and they will get our service as soon as this service contract ends!!!

The past year they've been a nightmare missed pickups, excuses that the can is not at the road. Spray painted their logo on my personal can that i moved here with. They've become pretty shady... customer service is awful, when I canceled threatened to call law enforcement to retrieve "their" can. Which wasn't theirs to begin with.

He lets you know when he is enroute and makes everything hassle free. He has various modes of payment like PayPal and Venmo! His equipment can fit any sized job big or small!
