The mgr said their hoops were too small and they could not embroider it but another application of heating up the letters and pressing them on would work as long as the vest didn't melt. He said he would test it in a corner and let me know. Three days later I called back and he promised he would get it done by 5:00 that day. Two days later I called to confirm it was done and told him I was coming down to pick the vest up. He said he was just finishing it up and I should come pick it up. I drove the 45 mins down to the shop and the mgr was not there but a worker found the dog vest in the back and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE.
