Let's start with the positives about Horsepower Harley-Davidson; 1.) it's fairly simple to get to off of the highway. That's about it. My wife and I were out riding yesterday putting about 500 miles on. I knew there was a dealership in Williamsport as we were going through so I figured we'd stop for a break, stretch the legs and do a little shopping. We arrived at 3:30pm, knowing they close at 4:00 we agreed it would be a quick stop but that's ok. We walked in and were approached by a woman who just told another customer that they close in "about 15 minutes"...granted it is 3:31pm. She asks us if we need help finding anything, I said no that we were just looking. After her just staring at us, we moved on and browsed the racks. 10 minutes later she comes back up to us and says that they close in 5 minutes and if we need help with anything. My wife said no that we're just looking, I said we'll be out of here in time for them to close and she just stood there awkwardly staring at us. We turned and walked out. Leaving two $65 sweatshirts behind that we likely would have bought if we weren't forced out of the store 10 minutes before they actually closed. Walking out there were at least 10 employees standing behind the counter joking around with eachother, none said thanks for stopping in let alone looked at us. I've been to more Harley dealerships than I can count in just the last few years, never have I experienced such poor and ignorant employees. If I came to this "dealership" when I was buying one of my three Harley's, I never would've bought one. They would do Harley-Davidson a favor by closing their doors for good than to ruin the image Harley has created by having proud dealerships and making the customers feel welcomed. read more

I seriously don't know how they are still in business. -ALL parts are MARKED UP from msrp and even other dealers. -I got a quote for me AND my dad for 2 NEW motorcycles, then a week later they changed the price on us!!?? Needless to say we went elsewhere for our new bikes. -Sign said discount on accessories this one particular month but at checkout they said no, I said "but the sign even says" and was told "the sign is wrong". I'm done, will NEVER be back. I ride to VREELAND'S in Bloomsburg for my parts now. Oh, and try calling and see how excited they are...staff can be rude and lazy. I have since written to corporate about this location, by far the WORST Harley dealer in existence, they are ruining Harley's name and reputation. read more

I bought a 2014 classic from here off the showroom floor. I had it a month and took it to North Carolina. I put a total of 2800 miles on it. We were getting ready to come home and the check engine light came on so I took it to harley in NC. The cooling pump was bad. I asked why when I shit lanes or ride over a crack it feels like everyone is loose. He looked at the tires. Radials showing in 3 spots. I had to buy new tires to come home. All I wanted was what I paid for the tires. They told me to bring them there when I got back so they could look at em. The day I was going up there I called and. Me and the manager got into an argument. He told me he would get the state police involved and get me for harassment. All I wanted was the 616.00 dollars I had to pay for the tires I had to buy to come home 1 month and 2800 miles after I bought the bike. They didn't give a crap that my wife and I could have died on that bike. Tires had dry rot, cracks, and radials showing. They don't give a shit about their customers. read more

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. What I do for a living is centered on customer service; and trust me,If you want a review that will help you make decisions on where you go or who you want to be loyal to, you'll want to read this: 1) my husband was given an offer for his bike. We needed to be there together, so we asked if we could come Thursday night after I got off work and Kim insisted that we could not come in to sell the bike Thursday night. Then, my husband arranged for us to come Friday when I got off. We went on our way and even called ahead just to let them know we're on our way. Without a beat, she reacts and says, "you're aware we close at six correct?" and it was 5:16pm. We told her we're on our way and if we make it could we sell it. She then asked where my husband got his quote. I asked my husband, and she (Kim) is the one who quoted it to him. Then she said "well if you get here at 6, I'm leaving I won't be here." FIRST RED FLAG. Terrible customer service. 2) when I was talking to my husband to update him on the phone call and situation, and told him what she said to me and how she refused to be here to help us out even though she was to be expecting us. Then I looked at my phone and she HUNG UP ON ME. SECOND RED FLAG. 3) I called back, and she picked up saying,"horsepower Harley." THATS IT. NO NAME. I wanted to confirm who I was speaking with, so I asked "who is this speaking?" Kim snapped and asked, "well whose THIS speaking?" "I told her I asked her who was speaking, I'm looking for Kim." And she snapped again saying "well this is Kim." I said, "well that's why I asked who was speaking first." THIRD RED FLAG. 4) She said, "you know what, if you're gonna have this attitude with me, I'm not interested in buying your bike." And HUNG UP a second time. Kim is TERRIBLE. How is she the manager?! Does she do any kind of PROFESSIONAL development to develop skills for what she does for a living? I can't even believe the crap I just dealt with. She's a child. Horsepower Harley is terrible. The only good thing they have going for them is Butch, the Service Manager. After this, I might as well go back to Vreeland's in Danville. read more

Great place to shop for new or used bikes, accessories and clothing. The Service department is great also. If you walk in to any place with an attitude, you will probably get it back at you. Prices are competitive for everything. I have always been treated exceptionally well by all the staff and management, no exceptions! My advice to the people with negative comments; Treat everyone exactly how you would expect to be treated. read more

This one star review specifically rates Horsepower Harley-Davidson's service department, or shall I say disservice department. Do NOT take your Harley to Horsepower for anything technical or anything for that matter. Why would you? They simply don't care! I just wanted my bike fixed, but their apathy was amazing. They do not have anyone competent to repair a Harley. I dropped mine off and after no call in two and a half days I called for an update. They didn't have a clue. I have owned Harleys for over 35 years and have never experienced the apathy and incompetence I have at Horsepower's service department. I don't have the time to go into every little detail (Horsepower just wasted 7 hours of my time due to the logistics of me dropping it off and picking it up when I live over an hour away), but do yourself a favor by staying away from this Harley dealership. read more

Just left this Harley "dealership" and I don't have 1 positive comment. The staff is rude and lazy. We needed to speak to someone in the service department in regards to having our bike looked at and when we approached the service desk two of the guys left and the the old man with the nose ring and greasy ponytail picked up the phone and pretended to be on a call. My BF asked him if he could ask him a question real quick when he got a second and the old guy said and I quote, "It's going to be awhile buddy!" My bf said no problem I can wait. The guy got off the phone and asked him what he wanted. My bf explained what was happening when he was riding and the guy just blew him off and said he didn't have time to deal with that and that they weren't interested in looking at it. That old man better be happy I wasn't in there because I would have ripped that ring out of his nose. I will be writing Harley Davidson directly about this.
