I feel that the communication I received before returning the kitten did not match what happened afterward, and I am still disputing the additional deductions that were taken from my refund. The reason I returned the kitten in the first place was because he was extremely unsocialized. He spent his time hiding, hissing, screaming, and showing extreme fear. I understand that kittens need an adjustment period, and I gave him time and patience, but his behavior was far beyond what I expected from a well socialized kitten. As a mother with a young child, I ultimately felt it was best for him to return to the breeder's environment. After this experience, I started reading more reviews from other buyers and was shocked to find multiple reviews describing the exact same issues with unsocialized kittens. One reviewer even stated they had to sell or rehome their kitten because it never adjusted to living in their home. Seeing similar stories from other customers made me feel that my experience may not have been an isolated one. I spent thousands of dollars expecting a healthy, well socialized companion and instead experienced stress, disappointment, and confusion over the refund process. I encourage anyone considering purchasing from this breeder to carefully read the contract, get every refund promise in writing, and thoroughly review all customer feedback before making such a significant financial commitment

She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. My girls and especially my wife were in love at first sight. There was just a peace in knowing she was the one for us. We found Chan and his company on the net. He and his wife came out immediately and assessed our needs and gave us a price to do a deep clean, new rock work and lighting. They came out on the date they said they would and got ev done in one day. They took impeccable care of our koi, did a remarkable job cleaning the pond, did the rock work and installed the lighting. I cannot say enough as to the job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to build a pond or just routine maintenance. Thank you guys so much.
