The inspection report was very organized and Mark even took time to go through it with us and pointed out the major issues he found and even explained the minor issues that could easily be fixed. The owners had already had it cleaned from a different carpet cleaner but the stain did not come out so we just threw a rug over the stain. When the leased ended we had to get the carpets cleaned, we contacted Amy's Carpet Care and they were able to get the stain out of the carpet that had been there for over a year! We have used them since for a couple of rentals and for our own house and we have never been disappointed.
