I never heard back until several hours later in the late afternoon. I received this text from Robert "We are truly sorry our guys can't make it to you on time today we was running behind and I was currently on the plane with no service. I can refund you your $20 to Venmo on Monday morning I can send it to your Apple Pay right now whichever one works best for you once again we are truly sorry!! " I requested a $20 deposit refund by Venmo on Monday morning. We never received a refund for the deposit. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend this company. Our experience was not good.

Before the move, Barry told me the crew would remove and dispose of the furniture we didn't want at no additional charge. After the move was completed, the owner, Marcus, called me and went on a profanity laden tirade even though I had not spoken with him at all during the moving process. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I felt I was treated with disrespect and hostility. Mattress damaged, boxes accordion like when they arrived - the mover on this end said in 25 years he had never seen anything like it! They wouldn't process my claim unless I paid the extra charges! I agreed to $1000 more then I was in dispute for 6 months with a guy from the company backing me and still they are trying to send me to arbitration. I am hiring a lawyer - not my thing but can't stand this type of corruption!
