Absolute crooks! I ordered a gorgeous $60 arrangement to send a friend after she graduated from medical school and they sent the most pathetic, $20 arrangement! Look at the difference between what I ordered and what they delivered!!! I messaged the business and they didn't even respond. Not an apology, or excuse, and definitely no refund; they just flat out ignored me. Appalled that they could be so unethical and shady. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I highly recommend using Hoski for your wedding; Renee was amazing and such a pleasure to work with. I am currently living out of state so trying to coordinate wedding details can be stressful and overwhelming at times but Renee made me feel confident and at ease. The first time I met her I showed her my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, and the color scheme and she immediately said "I have something in mind !" I was confident in her right away and let her go off and put together my wedding flowers without direction...and I'm so glad I did ! She knew exactly what I wanted and the look I was going for!! They came out so beautiful! Renee also went out of her way to set up centerpieces that my mother had made. She took time out of her Saturday to go to the venue and set up centerpieces that she did not make and had no responsibility for. This is a great neighborhood florist. I recently found this shop because I was looking for flowers for a friend. Then I asked Renee if she could help me with my wedding flowers. She is a breath of fresh air compared to the previous experience I had with another floral shop who recently canceled on me. After the Tribute Store confirmed my order and then cancelled it for some unknown reason four hours before a funeral service, I needed a miracle. I live in Los Angeles and the service was in New Jersey. Given the Covid crisis a lot of florists cut their hours and delivery times and said they could not take my order. After calling about 15 florists, I came across the listing for Hoski Florist. I really wish Hoski Florist was my first call! When Renee picked up the phone I simply said I needed a miracle and explained what happened; and while she just left her shop, Renee said give me 5 minutes to get back and I'll see what I can do. Within 5 minutes she called back and we discussed what I needed. At this point there was only about three hours before the service was to start. The result was one of the most beautiful arrangements that I have ever seen. My brother sent me a picture. Renee truly worked a miracle for me. She clearly cares about people and understands how stressful funerals, distance, and covid can be on people. I got the most gorgeous flower arrangement from my boyfriend for valentines day from here. They lasted for months and nothing ever compared to them. Do yourself a favor and stop in, excellent service from an excellent owner. Highly recommend! read more

Do not go to this florist! I ordered flowers for my sister's law school graduation. Rose assisted me and made a bouquet to incorporate her school colors. My dad picked up the flowers the morning of her graduation at 10am. Not even 4 hours later, the flowers wilted before we could even give them to her. It was such an embarrassment at a professional graduation to give a dying bouquet. My sister did not deserve such a neglected bouquet for her hard earned achievement. To top it off, when we went back to return them the next day because we did not get what we ordered, which was a fresh bouquet, they made excuses and did not even refund the money! She offered to make a new bouquet, but what good is it when we could not give it to her at her graduation which was in Philadelphia?!! I only went to this florist to support local businesses but with such bad service no one should go here! Save your money and go to another florist!! Through flowershop.com, this florist was their choice to fulfill my order to have an arrangement sent to a funeral. The cost was significant, having upgraded the order. What was delivered was disappointing, and I was embarrassed to have our company's name on it. It was not exactly what was ordered which they state can happen due to flower availability, but the arrangement was sparse on flowers and what was in the arrangement was drab and scant. When I contacted flowershop.com, they said Hoski's would not do more than give a 15% rebate. Money wasn't the point. I requested a proper arrangement be sent to the grieving family and they refuse. I would not recommend nor ever use they again. Shame on you. read more
