When we arrived and explained our issue to the receptionist she immediately found the Assistant Service Manager, Thom. He without hesitation brought us to a service bay and looked into our issue, even though we were driving a Volvo. Thom went above and beyond to assist us with courtesy and concern about our pending problem. He then took an additional step once the problem was fixed to give us great suggestions and assistance if it should occur again. We are from out of town, but we stopped by Hosmer Honda to simply look deeper into a 2018 Honda Odyssey. Joe Starr helped us right away. After looking at the van inside the showroom, Joe offered to go with us out a test drive. We were trying to decide if we really wanted to buy a 2018 Honda or used 2016-17 at the time. It may be a Honda dealership but I purchased a used 2017 Ford Fusion that had been traded in. Sales consultant Joe Starr worked with me and I got a good deal and interest rate on the loan. Did have an issue with a check engine light that came on the day after I got it but Joe and the guys did what they could for me. Being it was a Ford and was still under factory warranty the nearby Ford dealership would be where they would have to send it if necessary to get it checked out better. Those in service and office departments are very competent as well as friendly and personable. We replaced our 10 year old CRV with 200k miles with a new one.
